Beautiful home on a beautiful lake. Very good communication with host. We all had our own space, 8 guests, and felt very comfy in the kitchen and living areas. The deck is amazing, lots of places to sit and see the lake. The kayaks were fun. The hot tub was out of order which was a bit of a disappointment. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a relaxing getaway.

We had one of our best times as a family at this home. Perfect location for us, and we loved being in the water and having a dock that accommodate two boats. Super fun area!

We booked a girls weekend here for a relaxing girls trip before my friend’s wedding and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful view with lots to do and see, and if there’s any questions, David and Laura are super responsive and helpful! Directions and rules are super clear and it’s very clean and tidy. We had a great weekend and 10/10 would stay again!

We had an amazing family vacation at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, clutter-free, and beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds that made for great sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the appliances were top-notch, making it easy to keep things tidy. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, which was perfectly warm and sparkling clean. The dock and the stunning lake views were the highlights of our stay, providing a serene spot to unwind with breathtaking scenery. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making this a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful location on the lake. Loved the use of the paddle boards, canoe and pedal boat. House was very clean and relaxing.

This was the perfect place to bond with my teen and preteen for a special Mother’s Day weekend trip. The Murphy bed was cozy, the space was clean and adorable. The kids and I had such a great time, we hope to come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail of the space felt thoughtfully prepared to make us feel at home. What truly took our breath away was the stunning view—absolutely unforgettable. One of the most special moments was when my boys watched a large bird catch a fish from the lake. It was magical and a beautiful reminder of how close to nature this place is. We originally planned to stay just one night, but everything was so perfect that we wanted to extend our trip. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our experience even better. We’re already planning to come back in the summertime—this house and its location are now on our list of top favorite places to visit. It truly left a lasting impression on us, and we can’t wait to return!

We loved vacationing at this location with our boat. The house was very clean and homey. There was excellent outdoor dining space on the big porch and outdoor lounge area near the water. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

My mom & I needed a place to stay for just one night near Newport. We both nixed the two motel options in town, and everything else was expensive resorts. Out of desperation I looked on AirB&B for a last-minute availability and found Ramona's place. She responded to my request to book right away and gave clear, easy directions and check-in instructions. What a life-saver! Our space was EXTREMELY well supplied, with everything labeled with clear instructions. The bed was comfy, and my mom opted not to bother with the fold-out bed in the living room as the couch worked perfect for her (with all linens provided.) It was very pleasant to walk across the street to put my feet in the water and take in the beauty of the lake. Be aware of the mosquito population, though, and don't dawdle outdoors if you're not protected-- close doors quickly because they WILL try to follow you inside! (we chose not to trust the screen door.) Thank you so much! We will definitely stay again next time!

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with 3 generations. Three nice bedrooms with private baths, plus a half bath off the kitchen gave us each our own space. An open kitchen, living and dining area made it perfect for being together. We made good use of the large, eat at island with comfortable chairs. My 89 year old father-in-law especially appreciated the swivel chairs with arm rests to help him get up and down with ease. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, but it would have been nice to have more plates and forks, so we didn’t have to wash them between each meal. The kitchens up and down are both large and clean. We brought all of our food for three days, so we had plenty of room to store stuff. My son, wife and two year old daughter were in heaven with the kayaks, row boat, paddle boat and two person paddle board. They even talked us old fogies into getting out on the water. It was a chilly weekend, so the hot tub was great too. Hope to return!

We had a great time celebrating a milestones with friends in this house. Billie was kind enough to provide us with fresh basket of eggs, warm welcome, and local recommendations. We spent a lot of time mesmerizing the view, walking up and down the shore, bird watching (lots of eagles around!), and also appreciating all of the details in the house, including the antique collections and personal decorations. The house is just across from the lake (there's also a boat launch access). Not only the place full of friendly farm animals, but it's also quiet and serene at the same time. Our friend group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back in the future :)

One of the best stays we have had and we have had a few! Great time, beautiful place, very well stocked, high end and super comfortable.

Our family traveled to Sandpoint for a youth lacrosse tournament and much to our surprise, Charli's property was literally 2 minutes from the sports complex. We've stayed in plenty of rental properties, but this one was by far the most immaculate. Typically, there is visible wear n' tear on the walls and trim, but not here. Everything including the furniture was clean and well cared for, making our stay feel like home. The hot tub was a great touch for hanging out in the evening together. The property was fabulous, but most importantly, Charli was a kind, flexible, and responsive host, which really tops off the value of our stay. She has another property in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and we plan to stay there in the future. I highly recommend booking here and if you do, you'll see how awesome it is to stay there.

This listing is truly beautiful. Our friend group got to celebrate many life events such as, birthdays, anniversaries, Halloween, and truly relax from our stressful corporate jobs. This vacation was the last time we got to see each other for a year or two as we move into the next steps of life and marriage for most of us (9 total guests). It was an amazing experience that was fun, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We liked it so much, we may make this a yearly trip! Highly recommended. As someone who is a leader in the hospitality industry, believe me when I say they truly do make you feel accommodated and at home. Upon checking in there was a broken window pane that we had to contact after hours maintenance about. They answered very promptly, professionally, and let us know that it would be handled. Very elegant decorations, nice cooking ware, and a beautiful downstairs den. 10/10 will hopefully stay again 🤍.

House was exactly as expected. Was very comfortable for the 6 of us who came up to Schweitzer for our annual ski trip. Driving to the mountain was quick and easy. The location is wonderful. It feels private and peaceful. Went on runs and walks in the neighborhood. Host was very responsive, welcoming and helpful. We would come back.

My whole family stayed here for our son’s wedding in Newport— it was comfortable, beautiful and a great place to relax by the lake in between our festivities.

One of the best lakefront experiences we have had. Beautiful and well maintained home, fully equipped, great kitchen and family areas! Outside was great, dock, fire pit, side yard for playing games all were enjoyed by the entire family. Bedrooms were great and very comfortable. Trish was a great host! We would definitely recommend as a lakeside vacation spot!

Great place to stay for our 1st trip to Idaho! Jeffs cabin is a beautiful spot on the lake stocked with plenty of equipment our kids throughly enjoyed on our down time from Silverwood. The house is stocked well and very clean! Would definitely recommend this place for a great family trip!

We had a wonderful time! The house was is completely stocked with everything we needed from kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms. There was plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck! Maureen was very responsive to an issue we had and it was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our long weekend at the house. We were in town to go to Silverwood and the location was perfect for an easy and quick drive to the park. The house was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. We realized we would really like to return again and just hang out at the house and spend time by the lake. We had a wonderful stay here for our ski trip! The place is spotless, cozy, and conveniently close to Schweitzer, with grocery stores nearby. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making everything hassle-free. Zebrielle was incredibly friendly, responsive to all my questions and concerns, and even shared helpful tips about the ski resort. We love Schweitzer and will definitely be returning!
