Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .

The Air BnB at Buffy and Chip’s place was exactly the type of place my friend and I were looking for. Clean, beautiful area, peaceful and a great fenced in yard for our 2 dogs to roam and run, without worrying that they would escape! About 45 minutes from Yosemite Park, this place in Groveland was the right distance and an easy and beautiful drive. We highly recommend Buffy and Chip’s Air BnB !!

Where do I start. I'll start with.. the Schoolhouse was one of our favorite Airbnbs. It was home for six weeks and was the coziest Airbnb I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Serene and quiet with wildlife just outside the French doors in the bedroom through which natural light filled the room. The decor was warm and inviting. The photos don't do justice to the home. We had everything needed. The kitchen was spacious with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of cooking utensils, cookware and dinnerware. It has everything you need, whether it's a long or short-term stay. Lorna was kind and helped with anything needed. She was patient when our packages were left at her home and insisted she bring them, so I didn't have to walk uphill to her home. (Thank you!) We've traveled full time for 5 years. Normally, I'm excited for the next move, but this time, I did not want to leave the Schoolhouse. Thank you for the beautiful home and care received while there.

Overall, we had a nice stay in Groveland. Main purpose for this location was access to HWY 120 which is definitely a plus. Ample supplies provided, except no plastic containers for storage in kitchen. Keurig provided with coffee was a nice plus. The king bed is upstairs with private bath, we opted to stay downstairs (separate beds... LOL) but the beds were comfortable and neither of us are a fan of stairs, so all good. Make sure to bring groceries and specific supplies for you. The grocery store was available, but limited, for example, we like sweet onions, not available but green onion tops were so we used those as alternative. Not many options for eating out but we did find a meat market that had a great steak.
