Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Prien am Chiemsee

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Even the welcome by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying at a friends' place.

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation through Airbnb again.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed all expectations and surprised us very much. A lot of effort is put into it and emphasis is placed on special features. We've never experienced it like this before. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The place was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WiFi connection was a bit "fragile" at times, but we were on vacation and everything else was great! Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable at the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Very clean and super nicely decorated. The location is great too. The communication was also great. I will gladly come back.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We were received in a super friendly manner and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband the entire time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountains on the balcony. The relaxing effect sets in so quickly that you can switch off perfectly. Thank you for this!!!

We had a great stay, 2 of us with a dog, in the apartment of Sabine and her family, who are totally friendly and warm. The apartment is bright, modern, clean and has a wonderful balcony where you could spend the whole day. We felt very comfortable and really well taken care of, almost like at home. Everything you need is available in the apartment and we lacked nothing. The location is great too. Shopping, restaurants and ice cream parlors are within walking distance and you can just as quickly be in the countryside and on the Prien. By car, you can reach Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes and Munich or Salzburg in 1 hour for a stroll or to the most beautiful places in the mountains. There is so much to see here, you would have to stay much longer than a week to see everything. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Doris' beautiful apartment. Super clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Doris and she showed us everything. We were able to safely park our bikes in the garage and the car in the underground garage. We had great weather and were able to use the beautiful terrace with garden. The location was ideal for longer bike rides to the Chiemgau, the Wendelstein region and the Mangfall Mountains. In addition, a swimming pool is just around the corner, there are great swimming spots in the Mangfall as well as restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We didn't feel for a second that we were missing anything. Super recommendation, especially for a longer relaxing vacation! Thank you, Doris 😊

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come back. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a lovely stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to have a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

Marc is a very friendly and accommodating host. The check-in was super uncomplicated. The apartment itself is optimally sized and equipped for 2 people. Spent very nice 4 nights here.

Beautiful location and super clean! Outside could use some cleaning up, but we were on the go so much, it didn’t really matter!
