This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
