Vacation rentals with lake access in Prien am Chiemsee

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We stayed with our two children (8 and 12 years) over New Year's Eve for a week in the beautiful vacation home of Sonja and Klaus. The house lacks nothing. It is very well equipped and very lovingly and tastefully decorated. Even a foosball table and a small pool table are available in the basement and were played diligently by us. The location of the vacation home is very good. Within walking distance to Lake Chiemsee. A car parking space is available in the carport - nice if you don't have to scrape in winter. Sonja and Klaus are very friendly and likeable owners. If necessary, they are happy to give tips for the area and current events. We will be happy to come back!

Our family with two children (twelve and fourteen years old) had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, with magnificent views of Lake Pelham. We enjoyed the fantastic view every day. The house is very spacious and well furnished, the large windows guarantee a lot of natural light in every room. The kitchen is fully equiped and provides all the amenities (including fully automatic coffee machine). The contact with Andrea was straightforward. Many beautiful excursion destinations (including Lake Chiemsee, Rosenheim or Wasserburg am Inn) are nearby. The lakes of the 7-lake district are very nice for swimming. Our favorite was the Schloßsee. But don't be afraid of the trusting carp here. The house is a wonderful place, which we are very happy to recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

Great place to stay with Family

Perfect home away from home in Tegernsee. Extremely spacious for our entire family to enjoy comfortably. Beautiful master bedroom And bathroom. Other rooms have lovely view of the lake and mountains. Most wonderfully, the home is conveniently located in the heart of Tegernsee just steps from restaurants, the ferry, and walk around the lake. The host was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again!

Tyler and Anna were great and have created a comfortable home base for exploring the area around Oberaudorf. Tyler was very responsive, flexible with check in and out and gave lots of great local recommendations.

Amazing place to stay. Just a stone’s throw from the lake. The place was spotless and superclean. The host were responsive and gave excellent suggestions for local sightseeing and food. We had a great time with kids. Only issue that we had to carry luggage 2 floors up as the apartment had no lift But overall a super 5 star rating

The room is beautifully decorated with a well-arranged layout that makes it very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making cooking easy and convenient. Daniel is friendly, responds quickly, and provides helpful information.

We visited our family nearby and were delighted with the beautiful location , the nearby swimming lake and the very friendly and easy interaction with Jan, our landlord, who also welcomed our dog into his apartment. We found it wonderful that we did NOT land in front of the TV for a week in the evening (because there is no one there) . A very relaxing and relaxing stay, thank you.

We immediately felt super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is really nice. There are lots of books, DVD's and some games. You can take great walks and also have good refreshments. We were able to call Theresa at any time. We had a great time.

Nice place and very good communication with the host

The room was really well furnished and clean, all kitchen utensils were there, so you had no restrictions when cooking. The location was also great and you were on foot in 5 minutes at the lake.

Nicci is a warm and open-minded host. When it comes to (online) communication, Nicci is reliable and responsive. Instead of a simple key handover, she greeted us outside the house upon our arrival. She then showed us in detail the underground parking, the apartment, sauna and the gym. Useful and varied tips were available from her "on top." The apartment was very clean and ideal for two people. There was nothing missing. We were also surprised by some of the amenities she had provided for us. We felt at home from "minute 1" and enjoyed the magnificent view of Nicci's "front garden" (Lake Tegernsee and the mountain panorama) from the living room every day. If you want to escape everyday life, we can only recommend Nicci's apartment. Therefore 5 out of 5 stars! We'll be back.

were with my boyfriend on the weekend as it was wonderful 3 nights everything fit. If you want to relax and unwind your soul, this is just right here. We grilled the fireplace every day was already cut and handy in the garage. My dog felt very comfortable. It was very nice and quiet. I recommend it to anyone who needs a break with their loved ones also walked around the lake 40 min walk away was super nice warm very large apartment, which I personally liked very much, nice and clean and everything was available. You just have to take salt pepper, etc., and of course Zewa what my suggestion for improvement would be to lay new dishes and make it bad, but that didn't bother you so much, it was perfect to come back! :) the team was also super sweet and answered all the questions :)

Our short trip to Lake Schliersee was a wonderful break. That was mainly due to the accommodation. The location right on Lake Schliersee is simply fantastic. Every morning, coffee by the water on the jetty, allowed us to start the day perfectly. Really highly recommended if you want to have peace.

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
