A cozy, compact room with plenty of privacy: The room was originally a one-room apartment in the 1950s and therefore has an en-suite bathroom and its own access via the staircase. After a loving renovation, the room offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The old town, the lake and nature are within easy reach, and there is a free parking space available to you directly in our driveway in front of the house.

Lake Chiemsee can be reached within a five-minute walk, with beautiful swimming areas and a steamboat dock. You will find many restaurants, cafes and leisure activities nearby. The apartment offers a small bedroom, a large, bright living room with open kitchen and a balcony overlooking the countryside.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
