Mas Carbó, a 16th century farmhouse equipped with all the comforts comforts of the 21st century. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

With a fireplace, spectacular mountain views, 1,200 m² of private garden, and parking within the property itself, it represents an exclusive and unforgettable experience in spring and summer, both for the more active (mountain biking or hiking) and for those looking to relax.

Ca L'Enric

Ca l'Enric is a beautiful, fully renovated mountain chalet located in the Tregurà neighborhood (Camprodon Valley), at the foot of Balandrau, 20 km from Vallter 2000 and 12 minutes from Camprodon. It is 1,365 meters above sea level and overlooks the entire valley with stunning views that reach the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean Sea. The property has a large garden, two barbecue areas, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, an outdoor terrace with sofas and sun loungers, and a garage for 2 cars.

Composed of an equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room composed of a living room + sofa bed with access to a private terrace with stunning views of the French and Spanish Pyrenees Mountains. The patio house

The patio house is located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house (where I live). It consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss a thing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
