We were extremely pleased with this stay. Fernão was super attentive with us from the beginning, in addition to assisting us promptly when we need it. The house itself is fantastic, in addition to being super well located (safe and pleasant neighborhood, facing the sea literally), it is also super-equipped and with a very good tasteful decoration. Casa has everything needed, from great beds to all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, super safe and in addition to everything very spacious. We'll definitely be back soon !

Seu Manoel is a sweetheart. The house is extremely clean, from the entrance to the bed linen. It's worth it! You've got everything you need. The place is a little far away, so it's pretty quiet! I loved it. 🌟💖 We were in two couples and a doguinho, we were very good!

I loved the house , even more beautiful than the listing. All is well clean. Location near the beach of the Forte which is beautiful ( we went by car because it was very hot , from about 4min). The region is ideal for those looking for a secluded place for rest. Few nearby trades, especially at night. The nominee is to shop at the market to cook at home (it has a good kitchen and barbecue). We love it! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Manoela's house! The property is simply stunning, with an amazing pool that made our days even more special. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches and everything we need around us. In addition to the house being beautiful and super complete – with all the necessary items, including a washing machine – what really stood out was Manoela's attention and care. She is an exceptional host, always available and willing to help with anything we needed. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained, which made all the difference in our stay. Surely I'll be back soon! I recommend it to everyone looking for an amazing and welcoming experience. Thank you, Manoela!

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We couldn't have chosen a better place! The house exceeded our expectations in every way: clean, well cared for, cozy and with an amazing party area, perfect for gathering friends and family. The pool is wonderful, always clean and well taken care of, making our stay even more enjoyable. Your Valdir was extremely attentive and always available to answer any questions. We feel welcomed and are already looking forward to coming back. We recommend with eyes closed!

The house was simply sensational, it exceeded our expectations. The host is always helpful and attentive, great accommodations and everything is very clean and organized. One of the best houses I've ever been to around here. It's worth it! And when we go back to São Francisco do Sul and the house is available, we'll go there again for sure
