Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

The house has a great size, super clean, organized. We didn't care if it was close to the beach so it worked super well! Communication with Ederson and great! And Fabio that welcomes us is very kind and cordial! We'll definitely be back! We love it!

Great house, very complete We noticed the care of the owners with the objects in the house . All rooms with air conditioning . Bedrooms without the smell of mold ( because it is a beach) and a lot of objects for use in the kitchen . Very cool offer beach towel. We hired Marcelia for cleaning and coffee support and she was very helpful . The chairs were assembled by Mr. Edvar on the beach . When we arrived the bikes were without lubrication , the adjustments were made during the stay . Very quiet and beautiful condominium. Very good pool and jacuzzi. Integrated and airy living kitchen area. Only one point to improve would be to have direct lighting in the pool area, as it is a very nice and beautiful area and the night is a bit dark. Walk or bike to the beach , but if you have a cooler you need to go with a car for more comfort . I definitely recommend and will host again

I thought it was amazing, a perfect house and condo. Edson's house is next to the pool, making it easy for you to keep an eye on my daughters. The very clean and organized space we love the barbecue in the kitchen, man that was so perfect. I highly recommend and hope to return as soon as possible.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We stayed in 6 adults and 2 children, I believe it is the exact measure for comfort. There are 3 suites , the bathrooms/bedrooms are relatively small and only one has tv. There is another room but it only fits 1 person , and there is a bathroom next to it. All the air was working perfectly and the ap was ready when we arrived, very clean and tidy. The entrance to the beach is across the street , very close. A quiet region for a week, even though it is close to the mall and pasted with maremonti and backyard of the pizza. On the beach 8 chairs and two parasol every day is available. In the building there is an ice machine, a play area and a mini gym, in addition to the swimming pool. I found it great cost-benefit when it comes to hosting 8 people. Com ctz would host me again. The hosts have always been helpful and have served us very well.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. wonderful apartment,identical to the one in the photo, has plenty of places to eat nearby, market, pharmacy etc. only the beach that can't go on foot because I found kkkkkk over uber of less than 10 reais, other than that was all wonderful

Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.
