The house is very close to the beach and the meeting of the sea with the Guaratuba River, one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of SP in a place decreed as an environmental reserve (Parque da Restinga), within a gated community, with security, cameras and surrounded by preserved nature. Calm, quiet beach with few crowds. 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 1 en-suite and a gourmet area.

In the two comfortable rooms you can enjoy an armchair for reading, listening to music, or relaxing lying down watching TV (55-inch smart TV). But if your hobby is cooking, our gourmet area will please you. We have a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue, as well as a full kitchen with everything you need.
