Very nice to go with the family, very quiet place, very close to the beach, being able to go on foot - in a 5-minute walk. Preserved and clean beach, the sea is great for swimming. The house offers beach chairs, sun umbrellas, 2 bikes, swimming pool, barbecue and green area. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and all accessories. Internal security in the condominium. There are 3 bedrooms, a two-story house.

The house is very close to the beach and the meeting of the sea with the Guaratuba River, one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of SP in a place decreed as an environmental reserve (Parque da Restinga), within a gated community, with security, cameras and surrounded by preserved nature. Calm, quiet beach with few crowds. 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 1 en-suite and a gourmet area.

Oceanfront, with lush vegetation, this elegant accommodation is perfect for group travel. It has four large en-suites, queen and single beds. In the two comfortable rooms you can enjoy an armchair for reading, listening to music, or relaxing lying down watching TV (55-inch smart TV). But if your hobby is cooking, our gourmet area will please you. We have a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue, as well as a full kitchen with everything you need.
