beautiful and perfect apartment for those who are morning people, waking up with the sun is everything! It's a little bit away from downtown, but a 5-minute walk and you have access to everything. The apartment was great for our family with 2 pets, 🥰 and there are also plenty of pet-friendly places nearby. Jorge was always very quick to respond and gave precise instructions. We pointed out 2 possible improvements and he said he was already on it, so everything will be even better.

The Mônica space is extremely similar to the description, with preserved furniture, well-kept environments and thoroughly cleaned. The house is within an organized condo and insurance with 24-hour gatehouse. Although it is a little distant from the beach, about 15 minutes walking, the house is worth it and Mônica was extremely attentive and careful with us. Super recommend the space.

Wonderful weekend! Impeccable house, with good location, clean, organized and all new. Ventilador in all the rooms, well organized barbecue with all the necessary utensils both in the house and on the barbecue. Large pool, catching sun at all times, making it the same with the pleasant temperature all day. The Host gave us the will at all times and was helpful whenever requested, check in and check out without any problems. If we have a chance, we will be back for sure.

The house is perfect, clean and has everything you need and even more, lots of details and sensational space. The swimming pool to that surprised me, because it was heated does not imagine that it would be, however that many of the family turned into the night in the pool. The location is close by and the beach is close by. In short, it exceeded expectations.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
