Totally true to the photos, great location. Practically right on the sand and with beach service. We had a few rainy days, and we used the structure for barbecuing and spending time with the family. It met our expectations and we will certainly come back more times !!

I always go to Riviera and apt surprised by its location. Place exactly as in the photos, apt wide with an amazing view. Excellent beach service and the staff of the building very willing to help us. It really is an apt foot in the sand, I will definitely come back more often.

The first thing I noticed was that the place was extremely clean, to the point where we walked barefoot so as not to get the house dirty. All well organized and tidy, exactly as described in the listing. Internet that was a concern of mine, it also worked great for home office. Thanks so much for the reception!

Our choice was perfect. In the vicinity, I believe it is the best option. Spacious apartment. Very clean and very organized beach, with umbrellas and beach chairs available at no cost. Great sea for all ages with ideal waves for playing bodyboard. We found the cost of food to be high. We really like the Bertioga Fish Market, where we find fresh pink shrimp G, gutted with or without shell, the merchants pack with a lot of care for travel. Host Eliana is attentive, helpful and super quick to respond. Thank you.

Patrícia's house is very good, but it needs some renovations, such as painting on the outside. One of the bathrooms does not have a box, and the rooms do not have mirrors. The house utensils are reasonable, but all cups are acrylic. We missed a water filter because it was very hot, and the gallon water was not enough. On the other hand, there are plenty of mattresses, which was a plus. There is no space to store the purchases. The kitchen has only a small shelf, which made it difficult to organize food. The pool is excellent, and the pool was present every day for cleaning. However, the outdoor light from the pool was burned, which hindered the use at night. I informed Patrícia about the problem, but I did not get a return on the solution. Overall we had a great stay. The beach is wonderful, and the condominium is excellent, with restaurants, super market, bakery and pharmacy. The house is approximately 4 km from the concierge.

The house is wonderful, the view is surreal! All rooms are air-conditioned, the game room has an arcade that was the joy of the children. Privileged location, close to the beach and all trades, in addition to the security of the condominium. We had good communication with Henrique (host) and Mrs. Bete (service provider). We'll be back for sure and recommend getting to know.

The condominium is standing on the sand. Quiet and safe beach. Excellent location, close to the bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, hamburger joint, etc. The residence is clean, comfortable, organized and well-equipped. Family atmosphere and ideal for those traveling with children. João is a great host, attentive, responsive and guides his guests very well.

It exceeded our expectations! Marco was super requested, very attentive and made us very comfortable. You gave important tips to have a perfect stay! The 3 suites have air-conditioning working well and clean, provided us with good nights of sleep. Clean bedding, good mattresses, hot shower, everything perfect. The kitchen has everything, very well-equipped, and at the barbecue there is a second refrigerator, which was very useful to us. Internet works very well. In the pool area and barbecue loses a little sign, but for those who are in this area I recommend that you do not use the smartphone and enjoy what the space has to offer to the sides of your companies. The condominium is too much! It's a nature immersion experience, just bring a good repellent that's all right. The employees of the condominium are exemplary, they gave us all the attention, very polite and attentive. The location is great, easy access to the beaches, close to markets, bakery, Jequitimar, etc. We will definitely be back.

We loved getting to know Riviera, we loved the beach, the cleanliness of the condominium, the security, everything. The house is a delight, well equipped, very comfortable, the 3 bedrooms are suites, beautiful and cozy decor. We received guidance and tips from the host. We will definitely be back!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

wonderful apartment,identical to the one in the photo, has plenty of places to eat nearby, market, pharmacy etc. only the beach that can't go on foot because I found kkkkkk over uber of less than 10 reais, other than that was all wonderful

My stay at Daniel's apartment was great! Communication with him was quick and cordial. The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean and in perfect condition. Condominium also very nice. It is close to the beach and it is possible to walk. Only one observation, it is on a highway, so there is noise of cars passing all the time, nothing exaggerated either.
