Very well located apartment on Itagua beach, home to the best restaurants and shops in Ubatuba, with easy access to several beaches in Ubatuba, especially on the north side. The property is spacious, bright and well ventilated, very clean, with all kitchen items and appliances, comfortable beds and clean air-conditioning equipment, spacious bathrooms and with good showers. Inês, the hostess, was great, super attentive and met all our demands! It was a great time and we'll be back for sure!

The apartment was impeccable, with all the utensils, it even had wonderful linens and pillows, the environment was clean, cozy and very spacious. Andrea is amazing, always helpful and helped us a lot with the flexibility of schedules! I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was very good. Lovely view. Comfortable beds. Very clean. A great place to relax. There is a steep incline to drive up to the house but it is alright once you get used to it! i would certainly recommend a stay here.

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The villa is super cozy and well taken care of, complete kitchen with utensils for those who will cook there, in addition to having a comfortable balcony, it is surrounded by trees, impeccable garden, it is a great option for a family. Surely we will be back

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

Great. Everything we needed was in the apartment The only thing I would ask for would be a protective screen for the children. In the living room and in the bedroom. But I felt it. At home. Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, to keep it clean was very easy. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small.) the place is very close to the beach and easily accessible. Quiet beach and the view is beautiful (prepare for stairs, but it's worth it).

Simply amazing, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with the sound of the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We had an amazing time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Dishes, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.
