Just for the host's observation, one of the lights in the balcony area was short, flashing a lot. But other than that, I recommend the space they offer 1000 times.

The best apartment we've ever stayed in Ubatuba

The apartment is great, it has an excellent location and a wonderful view! We were eight people and it served us very well, Mariana always responded to us very quickly and attentively. We will definitely return!

We stayed to celebrate our honeymoon and it was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, organized and equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to bed linen. A super positive point was that the hosts allowed us to enter a few minutes before check-in time, which was great and helped us a lot in organizing the trip. Upon arrival, we noticed that the apartment smelled like barbecue, probably from the previous guests, but nothing that bothered us haha The only observation (which we know is not the fault of the hosts) is that the access street has a lot of potholes, so it is good to be a little more careful when arriving and leaving. Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again.

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!
