A small house with two double bedrooms, one with air-conditioning and the other with a ceiling fan, a living room and kitchenettes with a stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, with an indoor bathroom and an outdoor one in the barbecue area, and a garage. With easy access to the highway, and 15 minutes from the large beaches of Toninhas and Tenório, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. OUR BACKYARD IS ONLY SHARED WITH US, as we live in the front house with a separate garage. We do not leave towels and blankets.

A place with the most incredible view of the sea, views of Flamengo Bay, Anchieta Island, Santa Rita Beach, Lamberto, Ribeira and others… With a private trail in the Atlantic Forest, 2 incredible viewpoints, small waterfalls with crystal clear water! With security and privacy, the Greece-themed house has a comfortable and structured 300m2, airy and fresh and with new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!

Individual kitchen with general utensils such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV with Sky, air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. Balcony overlooking the sea. Pets are allowed because it has a small private yard with the entire area fenced. Access is only by trail or boat and the transfer for check-in and check-out on our boat is already included in the daily rates.
