Our house is in the middle of the woods, but inside a condominium, very safe, there are 2 bedrooms. Possibility for 5 people, there are 2 double beds and a bunk bed. The living room and one of the bedrooms have glass walls, very comfortable and because it is in the middle of the woods it is very cool and humid. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms with electric towel racks. Guests will have access, on foot, to 3 beaches (Prumirim, Itaipu and Léo), Cachoeira, Ilha do Prumirim and Lagoa do Prumirim.

Terraço Gaia is located on Prumirim Beach, overlooking the ocean, islands, and mountains. There is a waterfall on the property. It is 900 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the Prumirim Waterfall. The loft has a kitchen equipped with a duplex refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, blender, and utensils. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, a 32" smart TV, Sky, and Wi-Fi. Cozy en-suite with 1 double box bed, clothes racks, and a separate toilet and shower. Terrace for enjoying the view and a portable barbecue grill.
