I stayed in the Adimilson space with my mother and brother during the carnival. From the beginning, he answered me quickly and was super flexible about the check in. I found the place easily and soon found his collaborator and checked in. The apartment was spotless, extra clean. The apartment has everything you need and a little more (thermal box, ice, kitchen utensils, several pillows…). The apartment is just like in the pictures, very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is close to the exit to the northern beaches (the best) and avoids a lot of traffic. For check-out, I talked to Mateus, son of Adimilson and again were flexible with departure time. I definitely recommend the accommodation and I will come back more often.

Very well located apartment, close to bakery, supermarket, ice cream parlor, restaurant, all rooms have sea view, and what a view!!! The accommodations are good and Romário is an excellent host, always available, and very polite. It was a great family experience, I'll be back for sure.

We were very well received on arrival by Vicente, which already made us very comfortable right at the beginning of the stay. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and extremely clean. The ocean view is simply amazing. The location is also excellent, close to markets and with easy access to the beach. Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Location of the house is very good, very close to the historic center and we did everything on foot. Very spacious, a very comfortable and cozy house! Rose is a great person, always solving any doubts and any eventual setbacks, this Airbnb is worth going to!

The bed linen was clean and changed regularly, ensuring even more comfort. The host was very attentive and welcomed me with kindness, with several indications of beach, restaurants, tourist spots. The location is excellent, very close to Martins beach, in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for resting. The view is simply amazing, both from our room and from the outdoor area of the barbecue, and the privacy of the place provided an even more enjoyable experience. This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe and convenient to get in and out by car at any time. Very warm heated pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition, the beach in front is also very nice, especially for surfing. Everyone was very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, I will definitely come back.

The condominium itself is already worth a lot, a game room, swimming pools, courts and even bathrooms. The house meets basic needs, better if you are a couple, there were four of us and we were a little without privacy because the rooms are “open” such as the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everything is well organized and clean, lots of kitchen utensils, well equipped, it has a beautiful view, they were attentive the whole time. To get to the house number it is necessary to climb around 86 steps, it didn't bother us at all, but for those with elderly companions it is a point to consider!!!
