I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

Great stay. Perfect for a couple and with a wonderful view. Well-equipped kitchen and communication was great. When we needed it, we were promptly attended to.

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

Perfect house for one or two families. The location is great, a few meters from the sea. Itamambuca beach is really beautiful. There are a few restaurants around a few minutes walk away. Plan your supplies as the nearest supermarket doesn't have many choices. The host was very friendly, flexible and friendly. A superb stay to be back!

We were well received, Mr. Almir and Sara very friendly and gave us several tips for sightseeing . Unspeakable housekeeping and had everything we needed, it was a wonderful week! We spent part of a week in the Guilherme structure. From the beginning we answered clearly and cordially. the place is great, has two markets and restaurants on the corner. In addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. We feel at home, even with a baby and a small dog (Here enjoying the house has a kennel). We will definitely return!!

Local is exactly like the listing our friend Carlos is a helpful person and helps us in everything that is necessary! place surrounded by mountains and close to the best beaches of Paraty... Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And I couldn't have found a better place than Darius' house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we can see how much love is put into every little piece of that place. And being there in isolation, just you and the sea, there are no words. The staff was super attentive, helped us carry our things on our arrival (and we brought a lot of food), Ninha came from far away just to prepare our breakfast. My oldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Neapolitan pizzas he makes so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a Norwegian couple, all of whom were extremely satisfied. We'll be back for sure!

The stay at the house was flawless. Michelle was one of the best hosts we've ever had, always very helpful and friendly. We also took our little dog, who loved the stay and had a lot of fun. The house is very good, super comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities and even more! We'll definitely be back, one of the best places we've ever stayed!

I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

The house is wonderful and spacious, very clean, lots of flowers, garden well cared for, if you notice the care you have with the place and with the host that you are receiving. When activated, they were fast and helpful. Thank you for the reception and intend to return soon.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!
