We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The host was super attentive and made us super comfortable at home, always responding to messages on the spot. The house is better than the photos, all wonderful and clean, home smells all the time, spacious and very cozy. There are several Utensils, we do not miss anything. It's worth every penny. Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

Simply perfect home! Starting with the check-in, which was super fast and agile, Fiorela was very attentive from the first contact! The house is extremely clean, bathrooms smelling, air conditioning working perfectly in the environments. It is worth mentioning that the house is complete! The kitchen contains many utensils in which we use virtually all!!! There are games in which we enjoy! The sea view that the living/kitchen and balcony provides is sensational!!! Very nice apartment, new and well equipped, good mattresses, super comfortable sofa, large TVs, air-conditioning in all rooms, beautiful and functional furniture and decorations. Good shower, but sometimes during the shower, you had to turn the gas system off and on again to reheat.

The chalet is more complete than in the photos and description, located in a very quiet street, a bakery where the owner went to Ana Maria Braga just on the corner and also a pharmacy, very clean and organized, we like it!

I looooved this place and we will definitely be back more often, I felt like I was at home. Fully equipped kitchen, everything clean and the condominium is charming, very green barbecue area and the pool is clean, close to beautiful places, all the tours we did were on foot (we don't need to get around by car) Marcos and his wife are very attentive, they gave us tips on places to visit. Anyway, EVERYTHING WAS IMPECCABLE, our trip could not have been better.

The home was great, and it was close to where guests were going to work. the hosts were very helpful. It was all great and we intend to use the listing more often.

We like the house. It was perfect for 3 couples and one child. We spend a lot of time in the backyard where there is the pool, which is beautiful and clean. We liked the Enseada beach for a family (with a child) more because it is much more organized, however, you have to go by car. Thank you for the stay! I love it!
