I loved my stay at this place as well as André's warm approach. The visit to the beehives and orchard was a highlight, both soothing and enriching. The apartment is nice and very clean, although a little dark (being located on the ground floor). The place is in a less crowded part of the island, which offers beautiful tranquility. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to a beach suitable for swimming. A perfect place for those looking for calm and nature. André's welcome was exceptional: he even kindly offered transportation to Angra. Feel free to ask them for suggestions to discover beautiful places or water activities — their advice is valuable!

The suite is sandy foot and functional. You have everything you need, as described in the announcement. Comfortable room, with place to hang clothes, bags, etc. and quiet air conditioning. Comfortable balcony with water to clean your feet when arriving from the beach. What's more, the stay offers two beach chairs for guests to use, as well as umbrellas. I recommend and if one day I return to Ilha Grande, I will give preference to Luana. Trusted hosting.

Nice stay, surrounded by nature. Spacious house, with many beds. Matheus responded quickly to all issues, and we did a boat trip with him, which was amazing. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool, which was under maintenance during our visit, but they let us know in advance. The next guest will have a beautiful new pool. Impeccable space, exactly as described in the listing, great location within the resort, very close to the playground, next to the club tennis. I love the convenience of the van that makes the transport to the beach. The structure of the condominium is great, everything clean and safe. it was wonderful to spend a few days with my family, the children loved. I will definitely come back more often. Rafaela and Arilson always very helpful, they responded quickly.

Wonderful resort, plenty to do with the family. Flawless apt, it looked like it was in a hotel, clean, bedding, towels sniffing cleaning! New furniture and utensils, cozy beds, all wonderful! I'll definitely come back more often! Mr. Jorge responded very quickly and did not help us with everything that was needed! I loved the apartment and the resort ♥️

Apt. Great, everything that remains in the photo, the view of the living room and sensational direct to the sea, very good kitchen utensils. A negative point was the power outage that was quite due to the heavy rains of the previous week. Wonderful, clean, comfortable and pleasant place. I will return soon.

The apartment is amazing! The photos don't reflect how beautiful it is. It has a beautiful view, from the balcony. All the amenities that are posted work perfectly. Everything was spotless and Juliana is attentive and provided us with all the necessary information about the resort and its operation. We're already thinking about coming back...

I loved the space , everything organized, appliance and new furniture, apartment identical to the photos . The very kind , polite , friendly and patient host. The whole air-conditioned apartment,all well organized . They were quiet days… even though it was a carnival week… we were able to rest and escape the excitement because the condominium offers activities for all tastes . Hope to be back soon !!!

I thank Luciane for all kindness and hospitality we really feel at home, the apartment has everything and everything working, the balcony is huge and the view is surreal, all the bedrooms and the living room with sea view!!! waking up with that view recharges any battery, the condo is amazing and the beach is reserved and still has that natural pool, I thank Melissa who was always ready to help us with tips, soon we'll be back.

It was amazing to spend those days in Porto Real at Alda apt. Condiz with everything on the listing posted and the apartment is impeccable. I hope I can come back more often and it has a wonderful view, outside the service and care that Alda has with its guests. Super recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
