My house, a small, cozy, oceanfront apartment, close to all shops, in the center of the village. For New Year's Eve, you'll have the chance to see the fireworks from the window of the house. I live in this house, so it is equipped with all the kitchen utensils except the microwave. But it has an electric oven. I have a cooler and a waterproof bag.
