Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Abrãao

You can't stay with Giovanni and don't give 10 to all the questions, both for the property and the host. Second time we stayed with him and there is not even a caveat. The property corresponds 100% to the description and has a breathtaking view, the surroundings are beautiful and the condominium has complete infrastructure. And to top it off, the host is super polite, cordial and is always ready to help you with what you need, even the instructions he voluntarily passes are clear and well detailed. A golden tip, I strongly recommend the speedboat tour offered as an option for your stay. It was an unforgettable experience for my family. You can close with it that there is no error!

Julia and Samuel were super helpful and attentive the whole time, the apartment was extremely clean and is very well equipped and comfortable, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The view is spectacular and the resort is full of activities, I highly recommend it for those who want to take a few days off in Porto Real

Porto Real has a great location, wonderful place, close to nature, ideal for us to go with the children, the view of the apartment has an incredible look and very clean, the host Rogério always helpful and friendly.

Great place ten minutes walk from the centre Of Abraoo - very quiet and peaceful with comfortable beds

had a very nice stay! good space for a solo traveller. spacious compared to ho(s)tels. the hosts are extremere nice (gave all kinds of suggestions) , other guests too.

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned rooms and an equipped kitchen. Oceanfront. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because you access it through the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Parties are held very close to the house, this can be a little annoying for people who are very sensitive to noise, in our case it was not particularly a problem since there is a back room with a private bathroom and double door where you can hardly hear anything. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila, the girl who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! A beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.

Accommodation exceeded expectations. Well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen, very good refrigerator. Excellent location, very close to the center, but the ideal distance to be away from the noise. The house area is very close to the woods, but it doesn't have many insects. Excellent cleanliness.

If you’re looking for a true jungle escape, this is the perfect spot. As noted in the listing, there’s a bit of a climb to reach the property—but it’s well worth it for the added privacy and stunning views away from the more crowded parts of the island. There’s no AC, so it can get a little warm at times. I’d suggest adding a few extra fans for comfort, but we found that leaving the doors open at night allowed a nice breeze in, and the bugs weren’t much of an issue. Magali is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she even let us store our luggage on her porch after checkout so we could continue exploring the island without worry. Lovely house with everything you need in a great location

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for a family looking for a vacation rest, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for the stay, in addition to the welcome and service of Jean in explaining about the condominium and making the stay even easier! It was simply wonderful, the apartment is impeccable and very complete, with all kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, a great location, very close to the beach, has a beautiful view. The condominium is very quiet, a great place of rest. Luciano always very helpful, responded quickly, gave us tips, super attentive. These were incredible days.

I found the apto great! About the location, I particularly did not like it, because everywhere we need to go we have to take BR 😅 The condominium beach is not good, and the beaches of Angra (on the surface) are very far from the apartment and have no structure.

I went with my wife and three children, including a baby approximately 2 years old, and we had a wonderful experience! The apartment is impeccably clean, very well located and close to the main attractions. For those traveling with a family, it is super well structured, offering all the necessary comfort. It has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, sandwich maker, blender, pans, cutlery and an excellent refrigerator. The host was extremely helpful, attentive and responsive, which made our stay even better. Although we are by car, we chose to do everything on foot as the location is really privileged. Just above the apartment there is a swimming pool complex, and just below, Praia Alta, an ocean swimming pool, restaurant and bar. A little further up, also accessible on foot, are other attractions such as tennis club, marina and lighthouse. Every night we sleep with the windows open, listening to the sound of the waves : )
