Beautiful apartment, exactly like the photos, everything clean and organized, towels, sheets, dishes, everything top quality, I felt at home, I definitely want to come back

The stay was great, it is very close to the Ferris wheel, restaurants, grocery store and next to the building, and as for access to the beach, it is just across the street. The apartment is large, and with all the furniture you need to feel at home. All rooms have bedding, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets, and bath and face towels, all complete. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, wonderful. Air conditioning in all rooms, and a balcony overlooking the sea, which, here's a tip, deserves a table for breakfast or a special dinner. We love the accommodation, and we intend to return as soon as possible.

Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever rented! Fran, thank you for everything! Your property was a true refuge for us. Abraços, Tati and Leandro.

The building is great! Well maintained, heated children's pool, whirlpool, sauna. 10-star employees! polite, helpful and very friendly! We loved the stay and we definitely plan to return soon!

A great place, no doubt, you can rent it with no worries, you'll love the atmosphere. Besides being super large, super comfortable and quiet. Everything is clean and wonderful!

The loft was impeccable, waking up to that view didn't make you want to leave. The space was also wonderful, very comfortable. Communication with Angelica was very nice, super willing, she responded quickly and kindly. I recommend it!

We travel 3 mothers with 5 children to enjoy the park Beto Carreiro. The house of Murilo served us very well, we had privacy, freedom to cook and the luxury of having the psychina warmed up after the day in the park. The house is well equipped.

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and also to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, 24-hour laundry. It was worth every penny, and Mrs. Detinha is a lovely person, always available and with immeasurable affection. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

Wonderful location, facing the beach. waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is too good. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. kind and polite people... a paradise.

The apartment is wonderful, has a beautiful balcony with view to the sea, well divided, has utensils for cooking at home, washing machine, as well as the condominium where it is, which has a sensational infrastructure, with swimming pool, convenience, sports court, garage for two cars, 24h concierge. The location is also very good, close to the sea, the Brava Mall mall and other useful places such as market, bars etc. The host Rogério was very attentive, giving us all the information necessary for a good stay, as well as local tips, which helps a lot. Finally, the stay was sensational, my family and I have to thank you and we hope one day to return!

Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
