My space is in a building facing the sea, south side apartment, in an excellent location with beautiful landscapes and family beach. Region with options for restaurants and meals, as well as family activities. You'll love my place because of the spacious and airy apartment, the environment is clean and well maintained. My space is good for couples and families (with kids). For the New Year's period (New Year's Eve) minimum of 5 nights.

The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

Excelente. surpassed our expectations, much better than in the photos. Extremely well located, close to everything, such as restaurant markets, the beach, shopping malls and everything else, you don't need a car for anything, you can do everything you need on foot . Everything is very clean, smelly and organized. The apartment we feel at home, just steps from the sea, offered everything we need and more, we will surely return at a next opportunity. Patrícia extremely attentive and kind, friendly.

The apartment is located half a block from the aquarium, which is very good since the bus for children's activities starts there. It is half a block from downtown but also from the Atlantic shopping (32 blocks), but because of that there is not so much traffic. The apartment is very nice, it has tasteful materials, and a good layout. The security is very good and it is the most important thing, you can leave things in the garage and nobody touches them. They always take care of the cleaning when returning from the beach. The respect of the people is unique, which is not seen in many places. Nearby you have places to eat and if you want to go a little further, on the corner they rent electric scooters (I recommend them) A very good experience overall,
