The path to the water is shaded by pintagueras and palm trees, among others. You'll love this little piece of preserved Atlantic Forest. Perfect for a family to relax in front of the sea. Wake up with an amazing view to the atlantic ocean, allow yourself to leave the windows open so that the morning sun and the singing of the birds wake you up early. My space are near from the Beaches Praia Brava and Praia de Cabeçudas, were are the best beaches around Balneário Camboriú. The house has 3 floors with rooms overlooking the sea. Complete Kitchen integrated with living room and deck with barbecue grill. 3 minutes to the best clubs and 30 minutos from the Beto Carreiro World.

Chalé 104 Shipyard. A place prepared to welcome visitors seeking tranquility and integration with nature. Families love the place. Our space is located in a gated condominium, with exclusive exit to the beach, the famous Pé na Areia. We are on the beautiful Interpraias circuit that connects Itapema to Balneário Camboriú, thus offering accommodation in the midst of nature, but a 10-minute drive from the central region of both cities. We have two swimming pools in the condominium.
