Location similar to the photos, the previous guests left earlier and Diogo was able to release the entrance to the apartment earlier for me as well.

I was with my family now in March, the apt matches the photos, very clean, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning in the bedrooms , everything perfect. Valdir's super gentle and attentive village, he replied quickly, has a raid right in front of the building, my grandson loved the pool, a perfect trip.

We had a great stay. The place is just like the photos, everything is super new and clean. Katia was sensational, the city was in chaos because of the holiday, and she was extremely necessary for us to enjoy it. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out, super nice, I highly recommend her space.

The hostess is super solicitous and friendly and the space has met all expectations.

Ap very good, good location, missing only utensils in the kitchen,one of the rooms is smaller than it looks in the photos and has a lot of long jellyfish,but in all windows and doors it has anti insect screens.

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Our stay was peaceful. The house corresponds to what is shown in the photos and is the ideal place for a person or a couple. Two minutes walk from Enseada Beach (a spacious and calm sea beach, which we particularly love), there is not much nearby trade, but we found a market on the road a 10min walk. The house is in a small village with other houses, but we had no problems with noise or privacy; on the contrary, we could hear the sound of trees, birds and waves. The outside is quite beautiful, with quite green. Also, Host Victória was very kind and helpful: we had to extend our trip one night and she was quite understanding of our situation. Thank You Vic! The house is very cozy and has several items in the kitchen, which made it very easy during the stay. It is just 2 minutes from the beach, which is super quiet. From there, the tours to Ilha das Couves — a surreal place of so beautiful! The only slightly uncomfortable situation was the lack of energy, caused by a very heavy rain. We went two days without light, and after that, the wifi was oscillating a lot — something more related to the infrastructure of the region than to the house itself. But Lúcia was super solicitous and gave us all the necessary support, even with candles! Confess that it was even interesting to run out of wifi — we were able to cook together and enjoy the moment as a family by candlelight, which had its rsrs charm. In addition, the village is an invitation to slow down, enjoy the days on the beach, enjoy the sunset and listen to the birds in the morning. Thank you very much Marília and Fernando! I'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing experience at Clebio's rented house . We were super welcome, the house was impeccably clean and is exactly the same as the photos of the listing. The atmosphere is super cozy, perfect for staying with the family. Fátima was extremely attentive and flexible with the time of entry and exit, which made all the difference. For sure, we recommend the stay and we have already planned to come back more often. A wonderful experience!

The space is small but it is wonderful, we feel at home, clean and cozy, we do not feel warm, but we recommend putting air conditioning and a stove with an oven, as it will value much more, we will definitely return!

The house is great. All clean, organized and complete with the necessary items for a good stay. The whole house is air-conditioned, being a great differential. Marcos was a very proactive, attentive and communication host was quick and efficient. The location of the house is within easy drive access to the Paraty Center, about 15 to 20 min. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.
