We host very close to 2 beaches - Tenório and Praia Grande... close to barzinhos, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy, easy access to carnival , very attentive host all the time... super recommend and return to host,

Great stay. Perfect for a couple and with a wonderful view. Well-equipped kitchen and communication was great. When we needed it, we were promptly attended to.

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

The house is perfect for hosting a group! Outdoor areas are very nice and well laid out! We were able to enjoy the pizza oven and outdoor shower. Small downside, read the description carefully before booking, you'll be asked to pay for your electricity consumption on the way out. I highly recommend this listing

The Super Helpful Host helped us with all the questions, very polite our stay was fantastic, I recommend this House , great location , we were able to get to know the main beaches close to everything. We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Cláudio gave us great suggestions of places, provided full support and showed attention, quick and very helpful response, sent to deliver a delicious cake that surprised everyone in the family, we will surely come back more often.

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

We were well received, Mr. Almir and Sara very friendly and gave us several tips for sightseeing . Unspeakable housekeeping and had everything we needed, it was a wonderful week! Luciana is a great host. Even before we arrived, she contacted us to facilitate our check-in, recommended good restaurants near the apartment, when we arrived she was already waiting for us. Your apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well ventilated, easy access to and from the beach. It was all very clean and organized. It has good rooms, comfortable beds, a bathroom with good showers and a great volume of water, a very good refrigerator, oven and stove. Large Smart TV, good internet, everything working well. We didn't even use the pool and sauna, which were also available. We didn't want for anything, we were at home. I recommend this apartment and the host as well. You can rent without fear.

Great location, the pool seems to be bigger in the picture but nothing we don't enjoy.. the rooms are great, 3 bathrooms help a lot. I didn't have a lot of canvases for the barbecue.. but everything was great, Paraty is beautiful.

We spent part of a week in the Guilherme structure. From the beginning we answered clearly and cordially. the place is great, has two markets and restaurants on the corner. In addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. We feel at home, even with a baby and a small dog (Here enjoying the house has a kennel). We will definitely return!!

The stay at the house was flawless. Michelle was one of the best hosts we've ever had, always very helpful and friendly. We also took our little dog, who loved the stay and had a lot of fun. The house is very good, super comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities and even more! We'll definitely be back, one of the best places we've ever stayed!

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

Extremely clean location, very good kitchen, everything is new, well-located house, close to the beach, quiet street, very safe house, photos match the location. Michelle was very attentive and flexible with check-in. A place I would definitely go back to. The only observation for the guest is to pay attention to the stairs (elderly, child)
