Best of all, many places are missing that are pet friendly and do not accept medium/large pets and we took our German Shepherd dog, she was super good in the apartment. Apartment has a spectacular location facing the Sea! All close by including the center of Caraguatatuba that takes 10 to 15 minutes by car. Balcony side to the Sea, where you sleep and wake up listening to the waves of the Sea. You leave the apartment turning the street to the left the sea and more calm, close to the river, for the elderly and children and perfect. Bakery, market, not walking from 3 minutes. Well-equipped apartment, the only thing it didn't have was the large freezer and drinking fountain like the photo, I think it was in maintenance, and that's fine! Super polite condominium employees, everything is always clean. Perfect Pool, facing the sea. It has the Jamaica kiosk facing, just across the street. It's worth it, it was the best stay I had! Teresinha was very solicitous with everything and I am super grateful, I will return yesmmmmm Super indico galera, you won't regret it.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time.
