Comfortable accommodation, the house is very cozy and is about 10/15min walking. We were well welcomed and did not have any problems in the days of the stay.

Second time I stayed at the place. Vivian is an excellent host. Very polite and quick to respond to messages. The place is the same as the listing, it is in a great location, close to the historic center of São Sebastião, close to the bus station and close to the ferry between São Sebastião and Ilhabela. I highly recommend it and hope to stay other times lol.

I spent the holiday with my family at this lodging. The place was super clean very well organized and had everything we needed. The location was in a very quiet location, close to the center and other beaches. The house had a wonderful backyard, lots of nature and wonderful fresh air. We love it.

Great house for family rest, the house is almost on the sand at less than three (3) walking to the beach/waterfront. The house is silenciosa, complete kitchen for those that like to cook. The owner lives in the front house and makes us happy, respecting the privacy of the guests, always helpful when triggered.

Excellent residence in a gated community, with two large en-suites, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, toilet, barbecue grill and laundry room. Air-conditioning in all rooms. It has all the necessary appliances, including even a toaster. Everything working perfectly. Quiet and peaceful environment, with easy access to the beach, shopping, downtown, bakery and restaurants. We enjoyed a wonderful fifteen days at the property, and the host, Mr. Adilson, demonstrated great promptness, promptly attending to all our requests and questions. We will definitely be back.

Marvellous stay. Márcio is extremely polite and attentive. He sent me all the guidelines before I even got in touch. When the house was available he immediately let us know and gave us the guidelines for access (too bad we got traffic and couldn't get in on time lol). Extremely clean, organized and equipped house. Great stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Always clean swimming pool. My family loved everything. They can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

Hostã Islana treated us VERY WELL. We showed the whole house; he gave us the guidelines about the house and the best way to enjoy the stay (low sound so as not to disturb the neighborhood and other houses around); he gave us the main information to enjoy the Carnival (the Carnival of S. Sebastião and region is very good, because there are several options that cater to all kinds of tastes); it answered us quickly whenever we had doubts and let us in before the check in time (we had calculated a delay in the trip, but we did not get intense traffic and this made us arrive in advance). The neighborhood is SUPER quiet there is no noise of anything! Because it was near Bela Island, I had imagined that there would also be such "borrachudos" there, but fortunately I was mistaken, because in S. Sebastião is not there and this facilitates the night's sleep. Isalana's husband taught us a second way to access the downtown of São Sebastião that made it much easier, because we didn't catch traffic. VALEUD+

The house is very well located, easy to find, extremely clean, we have already arrived with the connected air conditioning waiting for us. The condominium is very airy, wooded and safe. It is facing the Parador and close to everything we needed. The host is very kind, helpful, quick and easy to communicate. I highly recommend it. My friends and I will definitely return to stay there.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

We arrived on the selected date and took the key with the janitor of the condominium, also very helpful, Carlos was flexible with time and quickly answered the questions, we felt at ease, very private, safe and very quiet without noise, we walked on foot on 3 beaches that we knew the neighborhood walking around and went by car in others, the day was good, we rested, the house offers what we need the basics of the day to day, recommendations for Carlos's accommodation to others who wanted to stay there. Carlos is a great host. I'll be back at a next opportunity for sure For shopping, I recommend that you pass the shibata in Caraguatatuba, which is already on the way to the accommodation, to supply the days that will stay there, affordable prices and compatible with the market and also come marmite with popular prices for those who do not want to cook and spend a lot, because the beachfront is a higher value and hurts the pocket, the rest are happy and enjoy.

An impeccable stay with nothing to take or put in my concepts of ideal for a season. Whenever possible, I will return.

The apartment is impeccable, organized, clean, with appliances, household items that make us feel at home and the view to the sea is amazing. Very cleanly organized place, the AP is complete we feel at home, an easily accessible place to the beach.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!
