We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! The accommodation has greatly exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The apartment is clean, well equipped (even has board games) and has a breathtaking view. The condominium is complete and has pools, a good restaurant, playground, soccer field, beach bar, beach service, beach tennis court and a calm and clean sea. We loved the trip and will be back.

It was an amazing experience! Everything in front of us seemed surreal and spectacular. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple, the house is super clean and cozy, meeting all our needs. The accommodation is impeccable, from the cleaning, the arrangement of the furniture and the kitchen utensils. We don't miss anything. The location is also very good, close to restaurant, market, pharmacy. The listing's photos are very realistic. Communication is also excellent, very quick responses. We had a very fruitful period, we wish to return.

Wonderful apt apt with two tvs being a smartv, all kitchen utensils, a refrigerator and a wonderful cooler that leaves the beverages cracking, a sofa bed, a full bedroom, dining table, table on the balcony, balcony with sensational view, very good ceiling fans, has an additional fan (model that spreads repellent), however, we had no problems with mosquitoes, as for the building, the very good pool, well cared for, a nice lawn for pets, 50 meters from the beach. For those who do not have a car, I recommend taking some things, however, at 2 km it has at least two large supermarkets and a butcher shop, at Ifood give preference to nearby stores, as some cancel. Anyway, we stayed 10 days that were worth 30 days. As for the owners, only excellent references to speak, very helpful and above all objectives.

My family and I like the accommodation, quiet place if noise is very hot because of the kkkk heat, the more we take advantage of the outdoor area with the children. The only sapê beach is very quiet we like it very much, Nivea was always available to help🙏🏻we go back more often😊

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

Very comfortable cottage, clean, with all the necessary utensils. New dishes. Very close to the beach, bakery and pharmacy. You can walk everywhere. I recommend it!!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

Our stay was great, the feeling of waking up and facing the sea is wonderful. The pictures correspond to the house that is beautiful, the kitchen is equipped and was very good, because our stay was 5 days. The building is super quiet and the pool is simply perfect. An employee of the gatehouse delivers a sheet explaining all the rules of the condominium. And César was super receptive, gave restaurant tips, was flexible with check out. We would definitely come back again and again.
