Apt with Internet, SmartTVs, Fan in bedrooms and living room. We accept small dogs (Fee $400.00). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CAT. No smoking in the apt. We don't give towels/sheets. There is construction of buildings nearby; there may be noise and it may be bothersome. We are not allowed to charge an electric car. Sunday check-out no later than 6:00 PM. It is not allowed to receive visitors.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
