The house is very good, spacious, comfortable house, sofa and comfortable beds, everything very clean, my family felt at home, it has all the utensils that the guest needs, the house is safe, quiet place, Marcel was amazing from the first contact always made himself available for any questions or problems that could happen, but everything was perfect. We loved the place, the house has all the basic and sufficient utensils for the stay, the wonderful leisure area, green area with that contact with nature, great pool, the kids loved it... great location close to everything. We'll be back for sure.

It's all as per the announcement. well-lit house. Next to the beach, you can go on the hike without any problem. I went with Pet and he got used to the available spaces well. I recommend and for sure, I will be back soon.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

We were very well received by Mr. Francisco (doorman), very polite and kind. The apartment was well organized, kitchen utensils in good condition. The TV works well with a movie app available. Wonderful location, a few meters from Prainha and 3 minutes from Martim de Sá Beach. The only negative point was the double bed mattress, but this has already been reported to the host and she will certainly arrange for the exchange. Own and secure garage space. Thanks for the stay, we'll be back more often.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

We had an amazing stay at Guilherme’s. The place is truly magical in the middle of nature. The shared areas are great, as well as the private bungalow, it’s not missing a thing. I recommend !

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.
