The apartment is beautiful, comfortable we feel at home! Best of all, many places are missing that are pet friendly and do not accept medium/large pets and we took our German Shepherd dog, she was super good in the apartment. Speaking of the building, the concierge Carlos received us with great attention, in addition to the concierge Fernando and the fisherman Diego, they were super lovely, we had a good chat (laughs). The waterfront is great for walking! Super we recommend Bruno's apartment! We will definitely return!

Apartment has a spectacular location facing the Sea! All close by including the center of Caraguatatuba that takes 10 to 15 minutes by car. Balcony side to the Sea, where you sleep and wake up listening to the waves of the Sea. You leave the apartment turning the street to the left the sea and more calm, close to the river, for the elderly and children and perfect. Bakery, market, not walking from 3 minutes. Well-equipped apartment, the only thing it didn't have was the large freezer and drinking fountain like the photo, I think it was in maintenance, and that's fine! Super polite condominium employees, everything is always clean. Perfect Pool, facing the sea. It has the Jamaica kiosk facing, just across the street. It's worth it, it was the best stay I had! Teresinha was very solicitous with everything and I am super grateful, I will return yesmmmmm Super indico galera, you won't regret it.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Everything is good, no comments, because the building is at the foot of the sand, where the seawater hits the building, and the apartment overlooks the entire sea and its surroundings. From the apartment you can see Pedra do Jacaré and the beautiful island.

It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

Marta was an excellent host, from the beginning to our last minute in the house, which is wonderful by the way! All rooms extremely comfortable, the pool is a show apart. The condominium is huge and has a pastry chef who is a sweetheart, she is a beautiful professional, recommended by the host herself, who helped me provide one of the best weekends for my family, without a doubt, I will return as soon as possible ! Our stay at Wlamir's place was simply amazing! The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, with all rooms equipped with air-conditioning working perfectly. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the rooms were impeccable, with clean, comfortable linen. The condominium is quiet and well located, close to the beach. The crossing of the river to reach Paúba Beach was a separate experience, making everything even more special. The beach is beautiful, with a slightly more agitated sea. Wonderful and very comfortable house. Juliana always asks a lot when we need it. Quiet and beautiful place. Having the daily cleaning allows us to enjoy much more of the stay.

Our families liked the house with its comfort and convenience. The location is very good, it allows you to walk, ride a bike, and there is a good supermarket nearby, so you don't need to use a car. Restaurants are very close too, we went to Portinho on foot, a restaurant with great dish options. Patrick is an excellent host who is always available to help and respond to messages. Denise, recommended by Patrick, was a pleasant surprise. We woke up with the breakfast table ready, with fresh bread and everything we asked Denise for, including lunch with desserts. Denise has a scooter, which she used whenever necessary to buy something we asked for. In short, we loved it and will be back on other occasions.
