The very good house, exactly as in the pictures. The wonderful host, responds on the spot, always worried about tdo. Location is not good, far from tdo.

We love the stay! The house is simple, but very cozy and well cared for. The social space with the barbecue and the pool was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the time together. The house is also pet-friendly, which is great. The town is very calm and quiet, close to the beach and the avenue, being able to do everything on foot.

Great stay, very quiet place, great location next to the beach, the excellent property, large living room, good rooms, the pool, barbecue, great for staying with the family. I recommend it and will be back soon.

We stayed for almost a month at Luiz Vicente's house. There is no better place for those who want to forget the stress of everyday life. The beach is literally in front of the house. I'll be back as soon as I can. Everything clean and organized.

We like the house very much, as the people said is a little away from the beach, but if you go by car it is very quiet. The house is well-equipped, wonderful pool, quietly accommodated 9 people… We had an unforeseen event regarding the refrigerator that did not work properly, but the homemade lent a cooler and Renata was super gentle in paying for the ices we spent. In relation to the heat the house is muffled, the fans available helped, but we took one more to ensure, in addition they commented that it will soon have air conditioning so it will be perfect! Curti and recommend demaiiiis! 🤩

The place is wonderful, we are surprised by the place, very calm, quiet, flawless cleaning! We loved the place, it was wonderful days, you could rest and relax, we will definitely be back!

Excellent stay, place pet friendly, with good location (easy access to the market, bakery, fish shop right in front, restaurants..) and a super view of the beach. It was really quiet and rest days! Apt met expectations well with good reception by D. Sonia, good cleaning and super equipped with tv, fans, beach chairs, bath towels and clean linen and wifi good for working remotely. The only point of improvement is the need for new pots, since the current ones are old. But all the rest note 10, Ciro was super attentive and requested in the conversations. We will definitely go back :)

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, close to everything, close to the beach, close to shops and close to the supermarket. The building is new and nice.

For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment matches what is advertised, everything is very clean and well maintained. It is worth the care with those who come by bus: the keys are picked up at another location, but everyone is flexible and there is the possibility of asking them to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. The host was very responsive, responds quickly and always asks to resolve any unforeseen issues! The apartment provides some linens, but it's worth bringing your own, otherwise the apartment is complete, it has everything you need. We loved it and plan to return soon.

Perfect Studio, very tasteful and functional furniture. Satisfactory Utensils, you find just about everything you need. The building is new and super organized, especially for the caretaker who is very attentive. The pool is the best, very nice, you even leave the sea a little aside. For those looking for a pleasant place, it accommodates with tranquility 2 people or up to 3 without tramps. Excellent!

My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

One of the best places I've ever stayed on Airbnb, beautiful and impeccable apartment with everything you need and a perfect resort to complete it, and still facing the sea. Quick and super flexible contact with advertisers for our arrival. I highly recommend it.
