This stay at Maryellen's apartment was very peaceful, she gave us all the support we requested and the necessary instructions for our stay, a very cozy place and very close to the beach, not to mention the wonderful view of nature, we were in need of connecting with nature, we will return whenever we can.

The stay was excellent, the house is large and it was very well organized. All were well accommodated, and check in and check out were easy. The space has a lot of privacy and cozy. We intend to return more often.

The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

Maria is a wonderful host who helped us in times of doubt and has always been very proactive. We are very pleased with the accommodation and will be back for sure. The house is super equipped and is a few meters from the sea. We take a 5-minute walk to enjoy that beautiful beach. Thank you for everything and we definitely recommend it.

I loved it in a whole super clean house smelling beautifully well. cozy, large kitchen, space for my pets Well Equipped House! Célia very good hostess ,always asked if it was okay,if I needed anything I loved in a whole! The very receptive neighbors,very calm,I really like it. And the location of the house is not even spoken close to everything,walking around did everything it needed Only the furthest beach,most of all very close Quiet, quiet place Super recommend the house with eyes closed! Our stay was excellent. The house offers a great value for money, matched the descriptions and photos. Junior was very attentive, removed all doubts and provided us with all the necessary information. For the check-in was very understanding as we delayed the arrival there, but he and his wife Vanessa were waiting for us with great sympathy and affection. Upon entering the house we still received a very useful and delicious treat. In addition to being close to the beach, it also has a snack bar and a nearby pizzeria, which makes it much easier. It's a great option for sure.

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

Very quiet, very comfortable apartment

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is very good, close to everything, the place is very quiet too. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything you need on a daily basis and Juliana was super sweet and attentive!
