We had a great experience for the fourth time we stayed in Santa Beach, as always the impeccable place, foot in the sand and Marcelo always ready to meet any questions, I recommend with my eyes closed!

A great place to spend your stay in the city, a very central place and the house is a great option for those who like leisure and organization, undoubtedly one of the best houses/apartments I have ever stayed in. 🥰

I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The apartment has well-organized spaces, ensuring a warm and comfortable atmosphere.​ Barbecue on the balcony, facing the beach, is sensational. In addition, the heated pool is a differential. I recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a quality stay in a great beachfront location.

From the booking to the last day of stay everything was very good! The first time we used airbnb and we already had a wonderful experience, they always responded quickly and politely, gave suggestions for places to eat and hang out. The extremely clean and organized environment, it felt like home! We'll be back more often for sure!!

We were received with great affection and care. Clean apartment, well maintained, fully equipped with pots, pans... clean bedding... anyway, we loved it and we certainly recommend it.

For those who want quiet holidays, clean and wonderful beach for children to play, this is the place. The apartment is impeccable, super planned, has everything you need and very clean!

Ale and Iliane were very helpful. Starting with the early check-in, without my asking; I informed that I was already in the city, and Iliane, very helpful, allowed the entrance before the time. The apartment is exactly the same as the photo, with all the necessary items for the stay; the view is very good, really facing the sea. The building is very new. The street around the building is deserted, allowing you to park any car outside without any worries. The beach is very quiet, and extremely clean; there is a shower and trash can at the exit. It also has access to the beach in front of the building, with an elevated pedestrian walkway. The parking space is excellent, spacious and covered, with access by electronic gate, next to the entrance hall, making it easy to remove luggage/shopping. I'll definitely come back another time.

I really liked the location, the beach is very close, less than 400 meters, the apartment is very good, only one thing was wrong in the listing, in person it is much better, top score 10

The studio is beautiful, cozy, super well equipped and with a wonderful view of the sea directly from the balcony. The host was extremely attentive, sent us all the information in writing and even prepared a video explaining everything — an amazing touch that made all the difference! The contactless entry system was super practical, everything was very technological and well organized. The location is excellent, the parking too. In addition, the studio's structure is complete: air-conditioning, washing machine, beach toys, surfboard… even our pet was very well received! It was an amazing time. We felt at home and will certainly be back. We recommend with eyes closed!

Wow!!! It was a memorable time with the family. We truly felt at home. Everything went perfectly. The apartment is beautiful, beautiful, cozy and has a VIEW, oh my GOD, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL... facing the beautiful sea of Caiobá... everywhere I looked, there it was, imposing and beautiful. Fabio and his beautiful wife welcomed us so kindly, we felt Special. Every detail was designed to make us feel welcomed and at home!! Everything is fragrant and clean. White towels... haha that's delicious. It has all the utensils and dishes, pots, platters.... that we may need and of great quality. Excellent location of caioba, has a bakery next door, and a market right on the back street, also close to the best food trucks to eat at night. it has everything from the best very close proximity, ice cream, to go to the beach very close by. Rodrigo responds well and informs the smallest details. the umbrellas are great and save money when you get there on the beach

The Andressa apartment is very well located. The infrastructure of the condominium is excellent with a pool, game room, cabin, sports court and two parking spaces.
