The stretch of sand is large, perfect for children; We are 15 minutes from Pontal do Sul, where you will take the boat to Ilha do Mel; To go to Guaratuba, it will take 40 minutes to get to Caioba, where you will take the ferry boat for the crossing; If you want to eat a barreado, it will take 54 minutes to get to Morretes; Bring your pet, it will have a closed place (balcony of the rooms) and you can go to the beach or take a walk with complete peace of mind.

From the booking to the last day of stay everything was very good! The first time we used airbnb and we already had a wonderful experience, they always responded quickly and politely, gave suggestions for places to eat and hang out. The extremely clean and organized environment, it felt like home! We'll be back more often for sure!!

Only one piece of information was missing, which is crucial.....When you activate the door to enter the building, the timer is very fast, there is no time to enter the password and open the door. I suggest one person types in the password and another is already at the door ready to open after typing, it took me about 15 minutes to understand the dynamics, so I leave the recommendation for future tenants. Another important thing is to put the apartment number in the ad, it is obvious to understand due to the number of the parking space, but in order not to go unnoticed it is also good to clarify in the ad... Otherwise, it is an excellent apartment and I will certainly return to use it.

Great apartment, just like the photos. The beach is close, we walked there every day, there are several restaurants on the waterfront and it is very safe, we went in two cars and left them outside most days, without worries. In fact, for those who have a truck, the garage is a little bad to get in and out of, but I believe that smaller cars don't have as much trouble.

Our stay was great! We traveled as a family: my husband, my daughter and I, and my parents. The apartment is quite comfortable, it has everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness, new and fragrant bed linens. New and comfortable mattresses. Air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. Both bathrooms are a good size and have a very good shower. Close to the beach. Swimming pool in the condominium. Nelson and Douglas' service is always quick, helpful. I recommend it!!!

That was great! There were 3 of us plus a small dog. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and clean, the air-conditioning was working perfectly and the bathroom was well structured, the electric shower was good too. In the kitchen, there was a refrigerator, different from the photo that contains a minibar, an electric oven too, but we did not use it, various kitchen utensils and dishes as well. Super recommend it!
