Monthly Rentals in Praia Baía Formosa

Our stay was excellent! Henrique was extremely helpful, always responding quickly to our doubts. The house was impeccably clean, including the toilets, and the kitchen is very well-equipped, with all the utensils you need to cook, plus a great barbecue – which we enjoyed a lot to barbecue during the trip! The front beach is a veritable shallow paradise, with warm waters and no waves, perfect for relaxing. The condominium is quiet and safe, and the pool is also great. Although the center and the busiest beaches are a little distant, for us this was a positive point, as we were looking for a quieter environment. Since we already know the city, it was exactly the resting experience we wanted – and this stay provided that perfectly!

An extremely comfortable house, with rooms with splits, tastefully renovated bathrooms, living room with 43-inch TV, with streaming, fans and doors with mosquito screens, culminating with the unparalleled receptivity and sympathy of Carla, who did a show of whimsy in everything. We'll always be back!

Gustavo's house is wonderful, better in person than in the pictures, the view surprises. Very comfortable, the bed and bath linens are very good, and space in the house as well. Wania and the lady Nenê who take care of the house are wonderful, very helpful and polite. We are delighted!

It was a pleasure to have stayed at Erik and Lorrane's place, when I was in Búzios the place was undergoing minor repairs such as painting and electrical network, but in general I had no problems. Loranne gave me all the information possible with tips and suggestions about the city, and also answered any questions I had on my trip. Erik was very polite and made me feel comfortable in his space. The bedroom is small with a double bed, fan, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, sink and cooking utensils. The bathroom is small but comfortable. The inn is far from the center, close to the shallow beach, which is a good beach, however the stay is also close to a small shopping center and a van point, which makes it possible to circulate to any point in the city with ease and low cost. I recommend the stay!
