Everything was great!

We had a perfect weekend. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean. Fresh towels and linens. Kitchen with complete utensils. Tânia was super attentive, answered all messages and we had no problems. I didn't enjoy the pool because there wasn't enough time. I hope to return soon.

Everything is fine with the stay, the property is as advertised. Good location, quiet place, nearby Bar and Restaurant options. Host always communicative and with clear information. I recommend it to everyone.

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 en-suites and one room without a bathroom, plus a room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very spacious and super complete kitchen and living room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has a barbecue and cooktop already with gas, a very nice place. The pool is small but met our needs. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cutter, as in the morning there was a lot of light. Great house in a safe condominium and attentive host, I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again.

We loved the stay. The house is super comfortable and modern, we felt at home, it accommodated 13 people very comfortably, we didn't even want to leave lol. Everything was excellent. The lake view was impeccable. Everything in the house is of the highest quality. The housekeeper was essential, in addition to being very attentive and helpful, she cooks wonderfully well. An excellent place to be in front of the beach and enjoy a good rest. There are places next door to eat and the beach is very nice when you can get in

The place is beautiful, the view of the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and was ready to help us. We made good use of the facilities, the gym is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the WiFi works very well even in outdoor areas such as the pool and gym. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. Although it is far from the center of Buzios, there is no problem getting around by Uber or car, you can get anywhere in 20 minutes.

I stayed 4 days at the hotel… I want to say thank you very much for the attention and accommodation! I liked it a lot! I'm sure the next time I come here I'll give you priority… I 🙏🏻 loved Cabo Frio 🤍

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

The apartment itself is charming, with a decor that conveys that homely and cozy atmosphere. Very well-equipped with everything we need and more. Not to mention that you can put the hammock on the balcony and relax listening to the waves of the sea at night Excellent location, just one block from the beach, there is a small handicraft fair on the next street, a restaurant with wonderful food, supermarket nearby. Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, quick to assist us and answer all our questions, and also gave us several useful tips and information... I also want to put on record the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the doormen, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I'll definitely come back....

It was a wonderful weekend, really everything very close, like supermarket snack bars, everything very close, the house was very complete, I didn't miss anything, I felt at home, but the best thing was the view of the sea, it really exceeded my expectations and my family's, the host Natalie was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, everything was wonderful, I will definitely return.❤️❤️

Very good space. Great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial downtown, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings, the location is very good. Thank you and I will always come back. If you want to go for a walk, it's a very quick drive from Pontal beach to enjoy the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio day and night (a tip, these 2)

Our hosting with Valmir and Fatima was excellent! From the moment we closed with them, they have always shown a lot of attention. We gave us recommendations for tours, nearby locations! The atmosphere of the apartment is excellent, close to many shops, it is very nice. I highly recommend it .

An impeccable experience! Amazing place!

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

I will try to summarize here what my stay was, as there will be few words to describe Ana Paula's hospitality. Cozy room with smartv and the best wifi I've ever had in any bed and breakfast I've ever been to. Super clean kitchen with everything to make us feel in our own house. The location is practically on the edge of the São João River, on the corner of Andrade Silva street, which has several houses listed by the historical heritage, and is possibly the street with the best restaurants in the city. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The house is a space of peace and tranquility, very well equipped and spacious. The rooms are great size, we rest a lot. The house has its own style, super cozy and full of details that we have discovered a little each day. What I enjoyed most was the silence and at night, I went to the balcony of the en-suite to smell the sea breeze. Cesar is an excellent host, always available to meet our demand. Thank you, Caesar!

The house is truly wonderful, an exuberant view, but one of the reasons for always being there is Dona Leci, we always hire her to help us prepare meals! She is a sweetheart of a human being and very organized!
