Excellent accommodation, close to the city's main attractions. The house has a huge barbecue and pool area, large and clean rooms along with the whole house, we will definitely come back again. Apart from the quick communication, whenever it was necessary, I felt at home and my friends.

We had a wonderful stay !!! The house is very well maintained, spacious and very close to the beach. We had a great time. Vadi and Célia are very attentive and polite. Renato was very quick to answer our questions. We'll be back for sure!

Cátia's place is charming. My family and I had already met, and we came back to spend another pleasant week. The house is complete, inside a condo where the children played soccer, beach tennis, tennis, and a lot of the house, with the swimming pool integrated with the sauna and jacuzzi. Ajada, clear, clean and cozy, we enjoyed the space a lot, prepared some barbecue and everything was perfect.

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.

Perfect stay. Andrea was very kind, made her support staff available and it was very good. The house is a spectacle. Live is breathtaking. Lots of light, lots of energy. The sun shines on us all! Congratulations

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.

the space is perfect. even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything with a wonderful smell. Daiane sent all the necessary information, collaborating to plan the trip. I recommend waking up before 6 a.m., as the sunrise is a spectacle apart.

We loved this beautiful house and its surroundings. Such a peaceful location! The house is very big and comfortable, the pool was great, the barbecue area was extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything! We also really liked the host and how responsive, helpful and proactive she was. She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay there. She also recommended us a great cook/cleaner lady that made our stay even more relaxing and wonderful. We highly recommend this house and Mariaclara as your host for your next stay in Buzios.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

What a beautiful and magical place! I've never seen anything so beautiful. Because we were at Pontal do Atalaia, we had some trouble with food, so my tip is to go up with water and things from the market. Access there is difficult, but we ordered iFood and it arrived, but for breakfast the first day we had nothing and the second day we were able to buy! So, you'll be prepared. But nothing that would take away the charm and beauty of the place, a perfect stay, I would come back a thousand times!!!

The listing is exactly what you will find, it is not so far from the nearest city and not so close, you have privacy, but if you want to go out to bars and restaurants in 10 minutes by car you will find great places.

The house was perfect with an amazing view! We had a beautiful vacation and could have spend more than the 9 days we were there. The town is only 10 minutes away and has everything. We will definitely come back.

Very nice, clean and pleasant place. Matheus was super attentive, gave us suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores that deliver on site and sent a video showing the way near the arrival. Follow the arrival instructions and you won't have any problems.

Wallace's home has surpassed any and every expectation. Independent houses, with all the necessary utensils for any stay. Pleasant weather, away from the city's turbulence. An amazing place and for moments of peace with the family… The main cabin brings a separate spectacle with a privileged view of the starry sky.

Our stay was amazing! I went to celebrate our 9 years of marriage and we could not have chosen a better place. The space is cozy, well equipped and with an impeccable structure. The outdoor ofurô, with a view of the stars, is a separate spectacle – a real getaway to relax. The location is great, surrounded by nature and with a nearby river for bathing. The only point to consider is that the last 1 km of the road is not asphalted, but that didn't get in the way. We love every moment and we will definitely be back!

Accommodation with a clean and new smell. Everything as advertised, impeccable appearance. We went in June, but I think the experience in the summer should be different, with a super nice river on the side, refreshing water. Small dirt road route, I recommend going during the day or avoiding rain (depending on the car), without affecting the great experience. Thankyards
