I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The stay was incredible! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and was always available to answer questions. A special highlight goes to the chef's service, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Wonderful stay! The super clean and smelling house, big, with a very nice and wide backyard! The host offers super quality bed and bath linens, and also surprised by leaving 2 extra towels for outdoor swimming or beach baths, for EACH guest! We also enjoy the entertainment of the pool, the dummy, and the barbecue! The location is close to the beach, and has a lot of contact with nature! I liked it a lot and gave it to relax a lot, I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

Alexia's house is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure everything went well, helping me to make this reservation happen even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she made it happen, so I thank her very much! She was always quick to respond and gave tons of great suggestions! The view of the sea and the sunset are priceless, the path to Tartaruga beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decor and the extremely good taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A place with a lot of nature and art. The only negative point is the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and proper candles can't solve, so I advise you to go prepared with that. Apart from that, everything was amazing, I highly recommend it and hope to return one day!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!

Beautiful house, extremely well located at walking distance of a few different beach options in Buzios as well as walking distance to the restaurants and bars at Rua das Pedras. However, still well placed in a nice quiet part of Buzios for a good night of sleep. Sidney, our host, also allowed and suggested us to hire their own staff at the house what made life a lot easier and our stay a lot more enjoyable making the whole experience to resemble the best of the worlds between a hotel and a house hire. The house is very spacious, very well maintained, decorated and equipped. 10 out of 10. We definitely intent to be back for another stay on another opportunity!

An amazing place, we were greeted in a sensational way, everything was very clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue area to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny.

Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.
