La Cabila Apartamentos rural is a rehabilitated Asturian house completely preserving the original structure of the 19th century. The La Cabila project aims to approach as much as possible to the utopia of the “0” issue, offering at the same time the most modern comforts: three independent apartments decorated in a traditional way with original furniture and furnishings, combined with maximum comfort; wifi, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob... Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.
