Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, ma ogromny taras z przepięknym widokiem. Łazienka jest malutka, ale wystarczająca. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miłym człowiekiem, i chociaż czasami jest bariera językowa, to zawsze można napisać do Alesa, lub użyć translatora. Jedyne malutkie zastrzeżenie do czystości, niektóre rzeczy były niedokładnie sprzątnięte. Ale za to w lodówce czekały na nas szampan i soki, a na koniec otrzymaliśmy lokalny prezent. To był dobrze spędzony czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy :)

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Lage - echt optimal - diese ist unmittelbar beim Strand wo auch ein Spielplatz vorzufinden ist. Parkplatz ist auch im Quartier an der Straße knapp 50 m entfernt - bei der Anreise kann mann unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang halten und gemütlich das Gepäck ausladen. Rose und Paulo sind top organisiert und sehr hilfsbereit, echt tolle Personen und TOP Gastgeber ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder - sicherlich in der Nebensaison, da die Gegend dann sehr entspannt ist.

Franz‘ Wohnung liegt in einem historischen Bürgerhaus aus der Habsburgerzeit mitten im Zentrum von Triest und ist aufwendig kernsaniert und eingerichtet worden. Von der Fußbodenheizung über die Klimaanlage und das moderne Bad bis zur Induktionsplatte in der Küche ist alles super komfortabel. Man kann hier wunderbar zu zweit wohnen und leben. Franz hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns sehr viele Tipps in Bezug auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gegeben. Wir haben uns wie private Gäste gefühlt und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Trieste ist eine hochinteressante Stadt, in der es viel zu entdecken gibt!

The apartment was extremely cozy. Great blinds to block out the sun, good AC, comfortable mattresses, and a very central location. The host was very quick at responding when we had an issue with the bed frame, and very friendly in finding a quick solution. I would stay here again the next time I visit Trieste.

Posto tranquillissimo. La spiaggia è quasi privata. Il centro di Umago è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Parcheggio sotto casa. Host molto cordiale. La casa è grande, comoda e pulita. Consigliato

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber, hat sehr bequeme Betten, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein angenehm großes Badezimmer. Man ist mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten in der Stadt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Es gibt etliche Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung essen zu gehen. Ich kann Teresa's Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Very nice apartment, lovely and quiet place, we felt like home immediately. Nice environment for bike riding. Giulia was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Zona molto tranquilla, spiaggia di sabbia vicinissima e comoda per i bambini. Alloggio spazioso e ben ammobiliato, con una terrazza vista mare bellissima. Rapporti con host e altri ospiti molto cordiali.

Sehr gute lage, zentral in Barcola, aber ruhig. Tolles Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Und René war ein hervorragender Host, sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, informativ, sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Ohne Zweifel würde ich sofort nochmal buchen, falls ich in Trieste wäre. Danke, René!

Velice krásné místo, klidná a tichá lokalita. Vkusně zařízený apartmán se vším, co jsme potřebovali, a to včetně plážových osušek, kávy i vybavení koupelny. Můžeme určitě doporučit.

Die Unterkunft ist super zu erreichen und um den Ort herum gibt es super viele Möglichkeiten Sachen zu unternehmen. Vom Aquapark über Hochseilgarten und vielen schönen Stränden gibt es viel Abwechslung. Das Haus von Irene ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts! Die Kommunikation lief einfach und sehr freundlich ab! Wir empfehlen sowohl Irene als Gastgeberin wie auch das Haus in Vabriga. Vielen Dank für unseren schönen Familienurlaub bei euch.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in Fiesa sehr genossen. Alles klappte reibungslos und ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich ein kleiner Wohlsfühlort mit einer äußerst wunderbaren Aussicht auf den See von Fiesa und das Meer. Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal:-)!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Innenstadt von Novigrad und es alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich das Meer mit einer lässigen Bar. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und die Unterkunft ist wirklich gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Einfach bis zur Unterkunft fahren alles ausladen und eine Person parkt das Auto dann dorthin. Für weitere Fahrten wird das Auto nicht mehr benötigt. Man hat alles vor Ort - das Meer, viele Kinderspielplätze, großartige weitläufige Spazierwege, tolle Restaurants, Kies/Steinstrand :) Mit Giulia war die Kommunikation unkompliziert und alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Deshalb 5 Punkte.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und erfüllt alle Wünsche für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage und der schöne Garten sind erholsam. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge.

Wir sind viel unterwegs und diese Unterkunft war eine der besten die wir je gemietet haben ! Die Gastgeberinnen waren immer sofort erreichbar. Leider mußten wir den Urlaub auf Grund einer Erkrankung abbrechen , aber wir werden wiederkommen!

Appartamento che ha confermato totalmente le nostre aspettative. Unici dettagli da segnare : Pavimento in legno (parquet) bellissimo ma un po’ troppo rumoroso quando lo si calpestava. Tende alle finestre difficili da utilizzare e scuri dai quali filtrava un po’ troppa luce. Ma sono veramente piccoli dettagli che non hanno assolutamente inficiato la bellissima esperienza vissuta! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare alla Maison !

Host super disponibile, indicazioni chiare e tempestive. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario (e oltre!), molto pulito e funzionale. Letto comodo e viene messo a disposizione anche qualche snack per la colazione in caso di necessità. Possibilità di utilizzare anche la lavatrice e il forno. Check-in e out gestito in autonomia, molto comodo per chi arriva in serata. L'appartamento è al secondo piano, quindi consiglio di viaggiare leggeri. Il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi e vicino sono presenti le fermate del bus e vari ristoranti. Il supermercato è dietro l'angolo. Che dire, ci torneremo di sicuro!

Annalisa und Sandro waren äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und stets schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön blitzsauber, und hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt über dem Hafen.
