Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

Great experience. I read the reviews, and the view that the host of the apartment took into account all the comments and corrected them. Very cozy, thoughtful. Parking space. Small area on the street. Close to the sea. Nearby is the way to the observation. The store and several cafes are also nearby. Beautiful and convenient in the apartment itself.

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

A sweet apartment with a nice location, loved the interior, very practical and clean, the bed was comfortable, it had everything needed. The walls seem well isolated so it probably isn't hot in the summer, the apartment keeps cool but there is an AC to warm or cool the apartment which works well. However, you can’t get to the apartment with a car. This is true for most of Piran, so ask in advance for parking options.For 24 hours, there are garages which are acceptable

The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks to the air conditioning, the rooms were at a pleasant temperature. The only negative thing is the thin walls, so you can hear other guests. But since you're spending time outside, it doesn't really matter as long as other people don't make noise from early in the morning. They were very satisfied. I can only recommend. It's in a great quiet location yet close to the beach and restaurants.

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

We arrived at the property very late. Nevertheless, there were no problems with the check-in. We were greeted with a bottle of regional wine. We met Nadia in person the next day. Very polite and nice, just as we had imagined :) The registration was straightforward. The location: just perfect. Just around the corner was a small forest, which was perfect for the walks. Also on foot you could quickly get to town and the beach and yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. There were a lot of shops nearby, so you could get everything you needed. We felt very comfortable and had everything you need. A very big plus was also the air conditioning. Although we left a little earlier to avoid the traffic jam, we felt very comfortable and would like to say thank you for a great stay. We will be happy to come back :) Srdačan pozdrav

Cozy and fully equipped flat located in the center of Umag, just 20 meters from the sea - perfect choice for both short and long stays regardless of the period of the year. Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.

The location of the apartment is perfect, especially with a dog. The apartment itself is just as: well laid out, super clean and cozy. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything is available. And the sunny balcony overlooking the square is the highlight! Donatella arranges the entrance to the pedestrian zone for unloading in advance, and she is there herself at check-in. From the start, communication with her is very easy and warm. We will be happy to come back very soon.

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

Very pleasant stay in Umag ! The studio has all the comfort you need, with a lovely terrace to enjoy Croatia's weather. Fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom. The studio is genuinely 3 min walk from the sea. Angelika and Frank have been super nice and helpful on every aspect, and they speak fluently countless languages ! I recommend booking your holidays there.

Everything was perfect, the main reason for the trip as a bike racing in Umag so it was a perfect combination of not so distant from umag and much more peaceful. Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
