• New smaller Cozy Flet “studio” in the Center of Portoroz, less then 200m from Central sand beach and one minute walk from main Bus station, super market and local bars and restaurants. The flat is in the building in the first floor on the right. This year with a new comfy bed.Private toilet is seperate from the room but only 2 meters down the hall. A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (2.5€ per adult person per day) is included in the price.
