A beautiful house in a fantastic location. Everything is available and well-maintained. Andreas had always looked after us very kindly and promptly. We highly recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat!

As a big group, we arrived in 2 stages and Ken did all he could to accommodate same including early check in for one group. Picked the rest of us up from the airport (late in day) and nothing a hassle. had issue with one of the appliances during the stay (no fault of anyone's) and was fixed efficiently without hassle. House is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. has all the amenities you could ask for. while walking distance from the town, having the bikes available was a huge benefit. with table tennis, pool and the pool, no shortage of things for the kids to do. Group made up of 9 from age 1 to 82 and would all highly recommend and go back again. many thanks to Ken and his team for a wonderful stay.

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the spacious villa directly! The view from the large terrace is just beautiful!!! There are also 6 loungers that were not visible in the photos. You can go swimming directly in front of the house, as there are stairs on the rocky beach. We would come back!

We were in Palma for a family wedding 5 adults and 2 children. When we arrived at the villa Louis and another girl (didn't get her name) met us and took us round the villa explaining everything to us and answered any of our questions. The villa itself is lovely, nice quiet location and a supermarket right opposite (a very good one). We had hired a car so not sure if you can get about without one always got a space outside the villa. The villa had everything you could want the kids had a ball in the pool not a big pool but enough to have fun. There is a pool table and table tennis table which adults and kids had fun with. Before we went had asked Paco a few questions which he replied very quickly and efficiently with. All in all a brilliant stay and would definitely go back.

Wonderful fortnight at Sophie’s villa. The best pool we’ve had, and the village was spacious and airy. Air con in the bedrooms although we didn’t actually need it that much. Kitchen top spec (although be aware no microwave in case you’re travelling with young kids) and amazing veggies/fruit growing in the garden to use. No need to take beach towels or make a dash to the supermarket when you get there - well stocked & on a ‘use and replace’ basis which helped a lot. Amazing host, so responsive and helpful. Delighted with the experience & would recommend +++

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

The place is as on the pictures very nice. The communication was really great. I received an answer within a few minutes. The property can definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house – bright, spacious and with a lovely tranquility. The unbeatable views of the surrounding mountains really added an extra dimension to the whole experience. The children enjoyed both inside the house and outside in the garden, and we adults really appreciated the generous areas and the nice atmosphere. We were well received by Petra and her family, who were incredibly warm and welcoming – it set the tone for our entire stay. The kitchen was well appointed and made it easy to cook good dinners at home. One tip is to have a car during the stay, so you can easily explore the beautiful area around. We left with many fond memories and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

An absolutely amazing place! We traveled with friends and kids, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of areas for the kids to run around, a fantastic pool, and an incredibly large and beautiful house in a totally private location Sebastian and Miguel were exceptionally responsive, taking care of everything we needed. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight was delayed multiple times, and Sebastian even suggested getting some groceries and pizzas for us since we would be arriving after the markets had closed. It was such a wonderful experience, and I'm sure we'll return again and again! If you're planning to visit Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend staying at this villa! Thank you, Miguel and Sebastian - you are truly amazing people!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

The house is nestled in a beautiful area, very well-kept garden with large swimming pool. The fourth, smaller bathroom outside the actual house right by the pool is perfect. All in all, the best conditions to relax. Only the road in front of the house was a little more busy than expected, but this may have been due to the travel time (autumn holidays, the island was of course quite busy) and doesn't always have to be. We would definitely like to come back if the value remains the same.

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We had an amazing stay. The owner was wonderful and very friendly. The pictures do not to the landscape around the home justice, it is extremely peaceful, calm and Beautiful. The pool is clean and very comfortable during the hot days. We would definitely come back !

We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.

If you are looking for a quiet location within a short distance of both Pollensa and Port de Pollensa then this place is ideal. It's a clean well set out Villa with a modern kitchen and outside there's a lovely garden with a nice size pool with multiple seating areas. The villa faces south so you get the open sun all day and great views over the adjacent hills. The road leading to the villa is quite narrow and comes to a dead end not far past the villa so there's very little passing traffic, and the neighbourhood when we were there was very quiet so ideal for us. The host was very proactive with communications and pleasant to deal with. All in all a lovely place and would use again.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.
