noi siamo stati benissimo, Danilo è stato gentilissimo anche sulle indicazioni del meteo permettendoci di anticipare l'arrivo. Locali spaziosi e pulitissimi. Piombino è stata una sorpresa anche come cittadina molto carina nei suoi lungo mare...il mare lo sapevo già che è bello.

Appartement très très propre, spacieux, linge disponible, très bien équipé. L’appartement est très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Environnement calme et paisible , aucun dérangement. Communication efficace. Je recommande fortement ce logement Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

We really enjoyed our time in Federico‘s nice apartment. The terrace and the view is wonderful. It is just a minute to the nice beach and 10 minutes to the city center. Highly recommended. There is just a little communication overhead due to the third party broker bookiply.

Super Unterkunft direkt auf dem Campingplatz Tallinucci, hinter dem kleinen Einkaufsladen. Da wir Freunde treffen wollten die mit dem VW-Bus auf dem Camping waren, war das für uns perfekt. Die Kinder (3.5 Jahre) konnten selbständig vom VW-Bus zur Wohnung und umgekehrt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung und die Zu- und Wegfahrt war auch möglich während Mittags und Nachmittags die Zufahrt auf den Camping gesperrt war. Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz, da wir vorzeitig Abreisen mussten. Francoise war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend insbesondere unsere vorzeitige Abreise betreffend. Die Antwortzeiten waren sehr kurz und Sie war schnell Vorort. Gerne kommen wir ein andermal wieder.

We stayed at Maura' place and enjoyed it very much. On our arrival we where greeted by Mr. Gianni, who explained us everything, his english was ok and he used his phone to translate, which was fun. All instructions where clear and he showed us the beautiful apartment and explained the recycling of the trash. Parking was located in the building, but a bit small, but we managed to park our SUV with some corrections, so no problem. Having a parking space is very convenient, because the area (around the harbour) does not provide free parking and if you are visiting in high season, parking can be very challenging. We enjoyed to sit on the balcony to see the boats crossing the bay and see the beautiful sunsets. The area of Porto Azzurro is very nice with a lot of restaurants and shops to choose. If you want to cook yourselves a meal in the kitchen, you find everything. The dishwasher was small, so we have to use it more often (not a big problem).

Wunderschöne kleine Villa mit perfektem Aussen und Gartenbereich zum in der Sonne liegen. Fantastischer Blick sogar vom Esstisch innen auf den Strand von Morcone👌 Es war sehr sauber und die Komunikation mit Mariana war perfekt.. sie hat uns auch direkt bei den Restaurants angerufen wegen Tisch Reservation und ob geöffnet da wir im April noch vor der Saison da waren. Wetter war nicht so rosig aber da wir gerne lesen haben wir einfch eingeheizt und es uns gemütlich gemacht.. Danke für alles Mariana🙏

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Casa inserita in un comprensorio tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, piccola ma pulita, con acqua cristallina. Il fatto di avere a disposizione un ampio terrazzo con una bella vista sull'entroterra elbano, rende l'alloggio ancor più confortevole. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, sono due piani da fare con una scala a chiocciola che con valigie grandi, come nel nostro caso, è stata un pochino impegnativa. Quindi trolley singoli ;-). Comunque, una volta parcheggiata l'auto si può anche lasciarla li dov'è, si ha tutto a portata di mano: ristoranti, bar, pub, negozi, alimentari, forni, spiaggia. Quindi la scala a chiocciola passa in secondo piano sicuramente. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'insegna del più assoluto relax. Marciana Marina è una splendida realtà tutta da visitare, sopratutto l'antico borgo. Pensiamo di tornarci sicuramente. Un ringraziamento a Barbara per la disponibilità e cortesia prestate.

Für uns nachvollziehbar und begrüßenswert: der Preis ist für die Lage. Für uns würde zuviel Luxus diese in den Schatten stellen. Ein paar Erneuerungen insbesondere die Einrichtung einer gemütlichen Ecke, in der man es sich gemeinsam und auch mal kuschlig machen kann, würden dennoch nicht schaden. Wir hatten so oder so eine sehr gute Zeit und haben die Naturbegegnungen, die Aussicht, den Sternenhimmel, das Meer und nicht zuletzt das Abseits von überfüllten Stränden ausgiebig genossen.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Villa mit Terrasse und tollem Meerblick, sowie direktem Zugang über eine Treppe zum Meer. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sofort zuhause. Paola und Giulio sind herzliche und kompetente Gastgeber! Sie sprechen deutsch, englisch und französisch , sind stets erreichbar, humorvoll und charmant. Simone, ihr Sohn sorgt für den passenden Platz am sauberen Strand. Auf bald!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolos Haus. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang ist spektakulär von der Unterkunft aus.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima nella casa di Serena ed Alessandro, a pochi passi dalla tranquilla spiaggia di Seccheto. Ambienti ben curati, uno spazio esterno che abbiamo sfruttato al massimo sia a pranzo che a cena nonostante il caldo di fine luglio perché in ombra quasi tutto il giorno! Ottima la doccia esterna (con acqua calda e fredda) usata da tutti (cane compreso!) al rientro dalla spiaggia. Certamente consigliata!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt. Alles wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Sono stato con amici in questo appartamento a letteralmente due passi dal mare. Il paese, nonostante sia piccolo, dispone di tutti i servizi (minimarket, ristoranti, bar…). La casa é completamente ristrutturata e soprattutto pulita. Consiglio vivamente.

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist noch geräumiger und schöner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Daniele und seine Tochter waren sehr freundlich und haben es sogar ermöglicht uns persönlich zu begrüßen und uns alles in der Wohnung zu zeigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! :)

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco. Alloggio in ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare ed il centro del paese. All'interno presenti tutte le comodità necessarie. Estremamente comoda la presenza di parcheggio interno. Serena è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

A parte la pioggia di cui non ha colpa matteo, è stato un bel soggiorno ,, matteo è sempre stato reperibile nel bisogno e veloce nelle nostre richieste, è stato flessibile quando ho chiesto di posticipare la nostra uscita, quindi tutto fatto bene da rifare sicuramente , grazie matteo

Silvia è una persona fantastica.Ha arredato la casa con gusto e creatività. La posizione è centralissima e comoda per tutto . Ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie per la disponibilità e l'accoglienza. Abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze.
