Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Portoferraio

I stayed 5 nights in Concetta's beautiful home. Sheltered location surrounded by greenery with a sea view. Beautiful garden, our dog enjoyed it very much. The house is about a 10-minute drive to the beach, there are several beautiful ones in the area. And 15 minutes from the main towns. The location shown on Air Bnb is incorrect, it is located a little more inland than Norsi and you have to drive about 2km of dirt road to get there, but it is worth it for the location and the view. The house was clean and tidy and above all there was both a washing machine and a dishwasher with detergents included. Really a great convenience. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We cooked every night and it felt like being at home. Beautiful place if you like to be quiet surrounded by nature. Better off season, we went at the end of April and there were no tourists or insects. Highly recommended

Great room in a renovated apartment, with excellent AC on a very hot few days. Fantastic restaurants all around, easy to walk everywhere in town, and good instructions re: parking options if you have a car. Very comfortable!

As a group of 4 friends, this was the perfect stay for us. Paola is a welcoming and friendly host. She gave us many recommendations for beaches and restaurants and was always there to answer our questions. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. I can only recommend this to anyone who looks for a privately owned and operated place that shows the charm and hospitality of its owner.

We had a wonderful vacation on the Island of Elba and much of the credit goes to our fantastic host, Francesco. From the first moment, he was extremely kind and helpful: he welcomed us in person with great warmth and gave us valuable advice on what to visit, where to eat, and how to best enjoy the island. The apartment is exactly as described: very clean and well equipped with everything you need and located in a really convenient location, just two minutes from the beach and very close to shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and everything you need. The parking right next door was an additional advantage. And we can't fail to mention the ice cream of the area... simply delicious! We highly recommend staying with Francesco: his hospitality and the excellent location of the accommodation made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you very much!

Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We made us feel very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are provided. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

Chiara is a very kind and accommodating hostess. Although we didn't meet her in person, communicating with her was completely hassle-free and she quickly helped us out when we had an issue. It is 2 minutes to the beach and at the end of October it was warm enough for swimming but otherwise very quiet and relaxed on the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortable for 4 people. Elba is definitely worth a trip.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

Anna and Felice know what it means to take care of the guest, extraordinary hospitality and kindness and availability on anything. The house was very clean and there was everything you needed for a peaceful stay. We recommend any couple to go.

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

The apartment is very well located and the communication with Assunta was amazing. We would come back without any doubt.

I'm not sure if I spoke to Giada for the reservation and for some information, but whoever wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with the parents, in particular with Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded quickly and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. The outdoor area is beautiful with a small table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, the sunset while sipping an aperitif or just relaxing. They also provided 2 clotheslines to air out the clothes or, possibly for laundry, which I washed by hand. Given the season is not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest mini-market is 5 min drive (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

A dream week. Monica's extremely well-kept and cozy apartment is in a really lovely location: overlooking the beach below and the bay all at our disposal to be explored. Great restaurants right on the beach. Also perfect for those like us who always travel with their dogs who are welcome here and who can run smoothly on the free beach and between the pine forests. For those who wish there is also a part of the beach perfectly equipped and equipped with all the comforts. Monica then, a really nice and caring person. We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Just 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful house, beautiful setting in a park with pool. Elisa has always been impeccable, very kind, available to accommodate our every request. Convenient location to reach the sea. Highly recommended.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino.
