Five stars, unfortunately there are few, because, in addition to the ones for the house, you would need five more for Linda....❤️ This is one of the rare cases where the photos do not totally do justice to the royal house, which is much more beautiful. It is an old house, perfectly renovated, enjoyable in all its parts. Linda is a pleasant, polite person, with an innate elegance, elegance that she has been able to transfer to every detail of her home. All rooms are clean, fragrant, perfectly furnished, with an incredible taste for detail (from coconut appliques, to furniture pillows resting on the beds). It's a home where you want to stay a long time, much more than what you booked and come back ASAP!!! I was coming from a very disappointing experience and entering Linda's place, it was a real pamper. You're a great host! Thank you very much!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Valentina’s “La Casina di Vale” is the ideal spot in Portoferraio. It is located a few minute walk to the ferry, beach, buses, downtown, and the Portoferraio forts. It’s clean and comfortable, has AC (important during the summer), AND laundry. No wifi, but it’s not an issue if you plan ahead. Highly recommend if you are looking for an island getaway!

We had a very pleasant week, even with two bad days, thanks to the beautiful terrace. The property is in a strategic position, convenient for amenities and beaches. A place I'd go back to

Great vacation home, complete with all comforts. Gilberto, the owner, a very kind person who is active in responding immediately, always offering maximum availability, such as we had asked for travel reasons, postponed checkout and the request was answered. Very clean house, bathroom with spacious shower and very comfortable beds. Highly recommended apartment.

Me and my friend had a nice three days in Piombino. Nice and fresh apartment with everything you need. Rosy is exceptionally great host and we felt very welcome!

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

A fantastic accommodation with magical views of Porto Azzurro. The patio makes this accommodation completely unique. A little strenuous to get to the accommodation as some others have written before, but we can guarantee that it is really worth it. We guess that you who are thinking about visiting this accommodation are on vacation and then you are also in no hurry. Karen as a host is 10/10. Everything from recommendations to providing help. We highly recommend her beach bar Wind & Snack with good food, magical beach and the opportunity for windsurfing and SUP.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We made us feel very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are provided. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

You can also walk to Padulella beach, and the historic center of Portoferraio is a 5-minute drive. Fairly well-stocked house. Recommended

Despite our very late arrival due to problems with Ferry Ellie was superb and explained everything The apartment is very cute with perfect view and on the beach We absolutely loved it can’t wait to come back soon

Wonderful place if you want to stay close to the beach - but far away enough to have a relaxed and private time. Place is wonderful - great kitchen if you want to cook + the Interieur design really catches your eye.

Anna and Felice know what it means to take care of the guest, extraordinary hospitality and kindness and availability on anything. The house was very clean and there was everything you needed for a peaceful stay. We recommend any couple to go.

Lorenzo's home is a real gem!!! You can see that it has been renovated with taste and care. Everything you need for a perfect stay- impeccable kitchen, finally everything was more than satisfactory. Lorenzo was very responsive and fantastic his guide, etc. We felt at home. Thanks and talk to you early!!!!

We had a wonderful few days at Folores. The room was very nice and the garden is wonderful, furnished with love. Thank you for the nice time.

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

The place is fantastic! We liked it a lot! There are three lovely bedrooms, and the dining room is beautiful! We just had a problem with the Wi-Fi. Andrea was willing to help, but we didn't have time to fix it because we were coming for work.

Thank you for the wonderful time on Elba. The resort with pool and tennis court is very nice, very well maintained and clean - with a great view of the sea. We enjoyed the tranquility - and the proximity to the beautiful city of Capoliveri, very quick to reach by car, but also on foot if you want to do a small "hike". Thank you to Ricardo and his colleague - for the kindness and helpfulness at the reception. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!
