Affitto trilocale nuovissimo vista mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, posto auto privato e ampia terrazza in parte coperta da porticato in muratura. La mia struttura si trova immersa nel verde a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Portoferraio e a 100 metri dalle spiagge di ghiaia bianca della Padulella e Capobianco. Gli appartamenti si raggiungono dal porto in soli due minuti con la macchina. Si trovano in una proprietà privata, chiusa da cancelli con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, fornita di sdraio, ombrelloni e servizio di bar-ristorante. L'accesso alla spiaggia avviene tramite cancello privato, e per questo ogni cliente avrà la rispettiva chiave. Rete wifi in tutta la struttura Questo appartamento in particolare dispone di ampia terrazza ad uso esclusivo con vista mare, attrezzata con ombrellone, barbecue, tavolo e sedie; area comune per bambini, 2 posti auto, docce esterne con acqua calda. E' composto da ampio salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, bella zona pranzo dotata di componibile moderno con lavastoviglie, due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una doppia, due bagni, entrambi con doccia, di cui uno con lavatrice. Dispone inoltre di riscaldamento, per cui è fruibile anche nel periodo invernale, ma non si affitta comunque per periodi superiori al mese. L'ingresso degli ospiti è previsto dalle ore 14 del giorno di arrivo, mentre l'uscita deve avvenire entro le ore 10 del giorno di partenza. Accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella. La nostra casa è un tipico casale elbano situato sulla collina di Portoferraio con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia. Starete immersi nella natura, ma a poca distanza dalle spiagge di sabbia di Lacona, Norsi e Capoliveri. A 10 minuti, verso Portoferraio, trovate le spiagge di sassi bianchi di Padulella, Capobianco e le Ghiaie. Nel giardino c'è una Jacuzzi 6 posti disponibile FREE da aprile a ottobre. La villa è stata rinnovata nel 2025. Max adulti ammessi 4, casa ideale per famiglia

It is convenient for those who intend to arrive on the island without a car: the port and some beaches are a few minutes away by foot. Nearby are bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is equipped with ample parking and surrounded by vegetable gardens and flower gardens, it also has a large porch to experience relaxing moments at any time of the day. The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, double beds, a full bathroom, and a comfortable glass shower. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs. Naregno beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days on the beach without having to use the car.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

The recently renovated Aloe house is located on the ground floor of 1 quiet country house available all year round. Ideal location with garden: in just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the charming pieds-dans-l'eau LaGuardiola bar, on one of the most beautiful and renowned beaches of the island The center of the village of Procchio can be reached via a charming walkway on the beach.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
