Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. This beautiful air conditioned apartment right on the Port of the island (the area with most restaurants and facilities) The house is only few steps from the ferryboat and bus stops, 20 meters from the sea. The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the island. The kitchen is furnished with every tool (even too many). Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).

See you at the end of April, the beautiful terrace overlooking the harbor is going on vacation. Located 400 meters from the center but in the quiet green of Monte Argentario. Very quiet place to relax, read a book or sunbathe. House equipped with all comforts, new and tastefully furnished.
