Perfect location, very close to the sea and a quarter of an hour from the center. The house perfectly reflected the description and we had no trouble finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Michela was fantastic, we had a problem with the water heater upon our arrival and she promptly found a solution for us by paying us one night in a hotel next to the house, and also refunded us the first night of our reservation. Host accurate in directions and quick to respond. Nothing to object to.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

Perfect stay, the apartment is pleasant and in a good location. Riccardo and Serena are charming and available, warm welcome from Serena, flexible check-in and good communication. I particularly appreciated Serena's availability on checkout times. I highly recommend this place, good location and with all amenities. Orbetello is worth a visit.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

It's a 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor in a 2-store building. Rooms are spacious. Self check-in is available. Parking is at the front door. The only downside is the distance to the downtown. Although it's doable on foot in 15-20 minutes, the path lacks sidewalks and lighting. So, it can be annoying if you have to commute several times a day. And it feels unsafe to walk in the dark.

Sofia was very helpful and accommodating to us. Cozy house, well organized and very clean.

We ( family with two daughters ) had a wonderful holiday. As other guests have said, a morning swim in the sea was no problem. Guiseppe gave us a contact with the bike rental, so from the walking distance only five were only five. Otherwise, Guiseppe has a very family atmosphere. He was always available and in a good mood. Our absolute highlight was a blastless hangover with an absolutely friendly creature scattered around the grounds. We were immediately in love with him. He got a lot of petting sessions, was brushed and supplied by us in terms of food, which he acknowledged with a lot of meadows and "talk". Not only because of that it was quite hard for us to say goodbye. We are definitely happy to come back and see Guiseppe and the hangover again. At this point, thank you so much for everything, especially for the fresh, very tasty tomatoes that Guiseppe brought us from its lands.

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

The apartment matched the description we had read in the listing, but the photos did not fully represent the beauty of the place. The view is fantastic and has a beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful moon every night. The house has everything you need for a vacation, the only downside is not having the washing machine for exclusive use but in the end we were able to wash everything as needed. Isolina has a precious treasure in her hands that you feel you have to preserve as if it were your own, even if for a few days. It was a refreshing vacation for us.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

Sandra is an incredible host. So warm and accommodating - providing more towels and toilet paper as soon as we asked. She also gave us some fantastic recommendations - so be sure to pick her brain about where to eat and what to do in the local area. The house itself has a beautiful rustic Tuscan charm and is incredibly spacious. The views from the apartment are outstanding! Plenty of outside space if you wish to dine outside. The pool is very clean and well maintained. The nearest supermarket in Seggiano is a 10 minute drive, and there are 3 great restaurants catering to all price points in Pescina. We tried them all! (Selene has one Michelin star and is an indulgence, but much better value than you’d pay in a big city). Montalcino is 35 minutes drive away so plenty of opportunities to visit a vineyard or do wine tasting, but for us the small lesser known villages that Sandra recommended were the real gems of this area. I hope to return one day!

The apartment is located in a complex with a total of 3-4 other apartments. Our apartment was spacious, rather simply equipped, but with everything you need. The complex is located outside in a rural location, but the nearest place and a shopping center can also be reached by bicycle. Beautiful overgrown and very well-maintained garden with swimming pool. Smooth communication with Othmane.
